They were waiting for me at the airport as my flight landed. They had a sign and also sent me a WhatsApp message, the car was modern and got me to the pier within 40 mins, so my overall experience was wonderful
Very disappointing experience.
The taxi arrived 40 minutes late, despite being pre-booked for a specific time in the morning. I contacted the company after 20 minutes of waiting. This caused unnecessary stress, as I had to catch a ferry.
What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterwards. The delay was denied, even though I provided screenshots as evidence.
Our flight was delayed, so it was no problem to change the pick up time. The driver waited for us, he was very kind.
