Voyage confortable. Conducteur très sympathique, gentil et professionnel.
There is always some kind of misunderstanding and confusion when you show your m-ticket to the driver. I wonder if they are aware that their company regularly sells tickets online?
Felt like a VIP ride. The team was extremely nice and recognized my tickets from traveling easily. The ride is in a comfortable mini bus and the landscape was absolutely beautiful! Border crossing was smooth too. There wasn't any bathroom break in that 3 hour to 3 hour and a half ride. In my country we usually have breaks for that length of ride. I think it is something to announce clearly before the ride that there will be no break.
A man who checked a tickets in Zagreb was not so kind. It was not first time that he was unkindly. Bus was so old, so we thought that we will stop on the road. Horrible traveling.
the bus driver was friendly, there were no unnecessary stops. The ride was safe, beautiful and pleasant. it smelled a bit from the auxiliary toilet in the bus.
It was a small 20 seater bus. So not the most comfy. The driver was friendly and very accommodated people very well. Even though it was a bigger combi and not a bus, I would take it again. But it would be lovely if they could get the bigger buses especially for Fridays when there is a bigger demand. Again. The smaller bus.
You need to clarify, what do one pay with ticket? As far as I can see, included is seat only. Bus station fee somewhere you additional pay somewhere not. Sometimes you additionally pay luggage, sometimes not…..
Almost missed my connecting Bus. The driver was nice. We arrived 2 hours late, almost causing me to miss my next bus. The onlynreason I didnt was that the second bus was late as well.
Bus je bio tacno na vreme, vozac jako ljubazan, sve u svemu divno putovanje. Bus je imao klimu, bilo je divno putovati na velikoj vrucini. Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.
Great Value. The Driver was friendly and helpful when getting on the bus and taking our luggage. Due to his knowledge and experience managed to get us through the border on a very busy day in an one and half hours. Cars were probably waiting at least 3 to 4 hours to get through. Comfortable trip. A bit tight for space. But on a fairly short journey was not a problem.
tiny seats, 3 hours of torture. van was clean, driver good. we got a van instead of a bus, seats were so small my 6' husband had to sit sideways and got cramps by the end of our 3 hour journey.
Air conditioning. The driver did not accept the QR code ticket. I believe he didn’t have a scanner, but it took over 5 people saying they had a QR code ticket for him to accept writing down the ticket numbers. The bus station told us they couldn’t help us. The bus also arrived almost 2 hours late to the final destination.
A good and reliable service. Everything was satisfactory. Delays at the border. Especially on the Croatian side of the border on the night of the 16th September - a two hour delay with no explanation from Police and Customs. This was NOT the fault of the bus company.
Awful driver. The bus was on time. The driver was rude. When I got on the bus he was very aggressive over my ticket. We stopped at a red light at a 4 way intersection, the driver got up and started interrogating other passengers about their tickets. It took him 30 seconds-1 minute of car horns to realise he should be driving the bus and was blocking a large, busy road. I found his behaviour really unprofessional. Getting up in the middle of the road and walking up the bus as though he could just stop in the middle of a motorway was very stressful to watch.
The driver was very polite. He helped us with our heavy luggage. The driver did an excellent job driving smoothly and safely. He helped us with our heavy luggage and gave clear information at the border crossing. Everything was fine.
The ride was fine, but problems at Zareb bus station. The ride itself was fine. There is a huge problem at Zagreb bus station: the staff of the station does not know about getbybus buses and routes, or service. No information was displayed on the big displays. I asked the staff in the ticket booth but they refused to help me. I asked several of the staff there, they were rude and unhelpful. I went down to the platforms and asked random bus drivers standing there, they kindly helped me find my getbybus. The getbybus vehicle was inconspicuous, there was no signal, no logo, not even a table, nothing. It has been really stressful experience.
This is about the 7.30 bus which I took, not the 11.30 one which I booked originally. This he driver spoke english so we were able to communicate. Overall, her drove well and we arrived in Zagreb without any occurences and in time. Also, I had a ticket for 11.30 bus (not the 7.30 bus) and he accepted this without any protest. The driver didn't always have his hands on the steering wheel. He answered his cell phone while driving and polished his sunglasses carefully with both hands and also made some unncessary.
Disorganised journey. To be honest, I liked that I got the bus, and that was about it. It was so chaotic at Zagreb bus station that noone knew where the bus was going from - the driver and a couple of passengers helped me to get on the bus quickly. Chaos at Zagreb. The bus seats are too small. Not for me. I am tiny. Nearly everyone else, your average Balkan-sized man was too big for the seats. The guy sitting next to me took up part of my seat - not his fault, and not comfortable for either of us. It was hot and stuffy and smelled of smoke - when I got on, I thought you were actually allowed to smoke on board!
