It was not direct. It was clean. Traveling.com listed it as “direct”- yet we made multiple stops before stopping at one place where we had to change buses and wait an extra half hour before continuing. Also, the bathroom on the bus was not available to use and the bathroom at the station charged money and only accepted certain notes. So if you had to pee and did not have exact change, you were fucked.
Odd experience. The driver was nice. One of them spoke enough English to figure out that we could take that Bus. We also arrived almost two hours early which I suppose is a good thing. The Bus did not depart from the international departure tracks but from the domestic one. After looking for a bus matching the provider we found the bus.
Easy ride using virtual ticket. Overall smooth, easy ride. Glad that I can buy my ticket online. It seems in various Balkan buses that they have a bathroom on the bus, but it's locked. It feels like we're paying for that amenity, but then not having it perhaps because the bus driver doesn't want to clean. But going to the bathroom is a basic human need.
У автобусі було тепло, дуже тепло (температура на вулиці о 19.00 була -5). Одна санітарна зупинка. Все по розкладу. Комфортна поїздка. Не можна на станції купити білет на обратну дорогу.
Value for money. The respect for the timetable. There was some delay, but minimal. I would have liked personally adjustable airflow and the possibility to charge my smartphone.
Sofia to Niš. Free wifi after crossing Serbian border, clean bus with many rubbish bags. Depending on your seat it’s quite spacious and windows are clean in some parts. No wifi on board until crossing the border into Serbia.
Good, efficient service. The bus was clean and left and arrived punctually. The bus was driven well. The seats were hard and not very comfortable for me. The driver was angry with one passenger for some reason, which created a bad atmosphere. Even if there was a problem, there is a polite way of dealing with it. His job is to make the passengers happy, not to harangue them.
some features. 1) Departure and arrival times corresponded to the schedule 2) the driver helps put the suitcases in the bus compartment 3) Air conditioning running all the way. for me these are not disadvantages, but features 1) there is no platform number on the ticket - you need to find out at the information desk of the bus station 2) you need to separately buy a ticket to access the platform (it was 100 dinars).
Comfortable journey considering the heat outside. When someone behind spills their can of beer (I hope) over and it slashes over your trousers and nubuck leather boots...
Good value. I was able to keep the return ticket of a cancelled journey. The support service was very efficient and friendly. The driver was careful on the roads. We were given seat numbers but these are ignored and we ended up at the back of the bus and where the air con was weaker.
Thank you for your kindness. Departure on time & two drivers were very kind. I had to change the bus on the way ro Belgrade, they let me know although they don't speak English.
Good. But the PDF ticket is misleading. My PDF-ticket said it had to be printed. Actually it was not needed - I could show the ticket from my phone. Maybe my case was exceptional? idk.
Excellent journey. Everything went smoothly and perfectly from Novi Sad to Subotica. The station staff at Novi Sad were efficient and helpful. I don't know why there are several negative reviews about the bus station online. My experience was entirely positive. The bus driver was also friendly and the journey was punctual. No problems recommending this trip.
Bumpy ride. I guess this is not so much about the bus, but the roads are under construction and the driver goes really fast. In the mountains where it's all up and down, left and right, it was not possible to get much sleep, you would wake up because of the jumps, twists, and turns.
It was early departure but it was only way to reach Visegrad connecting bus in Uzice. Bus was very spacious and bag fit well in overhead space. Bus station signage was difficult to see at 5:00 AM. Prijepolje bus station located in less well lit area.
Driver broke a lot of traffic rules, no stop at red light, passing other vehicles in no passing area. Despite dangerous driving we got to Nis without any accident so skilled driver. Dangerous driving.
Not very good. We eventually arrived at our destination. Where do I start? Going through customs took too long$ym_. It took to long and no one seemed to care how long it took.
A passenger went to buy something at a stop and even thought his partner asked the driver to either wait or let her out with their luggage the driver insisted on leaving with her on board. She had to scream at him to stop and she fell down when the driver stopped the bus aggresively. Also the bus was full and at the back the radiators were on full heat and it felt like sitting in a sauna as it was 30 degrees outside.
First stop in SRB: no ATM + no pmt cards in-store = no bathroom access. I like that the driver finally clued in and realized he had to stop on the filling station on the highway so that about 15 people could take a pee after several hours. Our first stop in Serbia was at a bus station that had no ATM, did not accept any bank cards in-store, and had with a stubborn bathroom attendant who wouldn't let people through with foreign currency. It was a ridiculous situation.
Thanks for the comforatble ride and accepting my bike. I am very grateful that the driver accepted by bike being stored in the luggage space. The ride was very relaxing and comfortable.
