Got there on time and fine. The bus driver was super violent with our bags smashing them under the bus and breaking shampoo bottles in them. The bus smelled like pee for the 3 full hours we were in it too
It was a terrible trip. When we came to the bus, the driver didn't let me load my luggage and asked me to wait. I waited about 20 minutes. He loaded the luggage of other passengers and told me that there was no room for me (but I had a ticket). He advised me to go to the next bus, and my wife and I went there. The next bus was also crowded and my wife and I were sitting in different places. The new bus followed a different route and arrived in the wrong place and we had to get there by taxi on our own. Moreover, there were very sick passengers on the bus who coughed very hard all the way and this is dangerous for other passengers. I won't buy such a ticket anymore.
Extremst gut organisierter Trip bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Fähre ist pünktlich losgefahren und auch der Bus war zeitlich im Rahmen. Der Bus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in einem eine gute Reise. Jederzeit wieder!
On est arrivée à destination 1heure plus tot mais le chauffeur ne nous a pas laisser au bon terminal de l’aéroport ce qui aurait pu nous coûter notre vol, les infos sont pas donner on vous jette en plein milieu de la rue et ensuite une autre navette viens vous chercher mais bon pour le prix, et le toit c’est qu’on arrive a destination finalement
Great service from phantip travel! My friends and I arrived late at the travel office and both the people in the office and the taxi driver all worked together to get us to the boat asap! Couldn’t recommend more and made for a funny story :)
In general the transport was okay but it was a bit difficult to understand the way to connect to the bus after the ferry . And when I went to take the bus they took an upcharge of 200 baths even though I told them my ticket had one luggage under 20 kg and one Cary on . Our bus had a air conditioner problem and they swiftly change us to another bus in less than 20 mn so they are very reactive and the route was nice especially like the service provided but yeah the feeling that I got scammed stings a little
Extremely well organised, very smooth trip, could do with more staff on counter, access to WIFI would be helpful for those whose phones are not in roaming mode as this delayed process with showing documentation.
Ferry departed a bit late, but we made up time and arrived maybe 10 min late. Between ferry and bus, there was enough time to buy water, use toilet and smoke a cigarette. Staff was guiding us well to correct buses. Double decker bus was clean and very comfy.
