Driver was very recklessly driving and constant heavy braking and exacerbating as well as experiencing g forces driving over speed bumps made the trip very uncomfortable.

Pick up drive with songthaew was a bit extreme. These drivers often drive uncomfortably too fast.
The best option to go from Koh Khood to Bangkok. Everything was on time. We also got free meals, snacks and water. Bus was comfortable and ac wasn’t freezing.
The service was excellent, arrived later than expected at Khaosan, drive did a good job.
The older woman in the office was rude and lied, WiFi not working - asking for the WiFi password. The younger lady gave it to me, and worked fine.
Should be part of the service, when you took the transfer service twice.
