Bali has only two types of ferries - budget or luxury. Einstein goes to the luxury category. Ticket prices are easily 3x of the budget kind, but worth every penny. Given the experience, spaciousness and the safety- I would definitely choose it again.
Starfish boat captain charges 150k for surfboard, which is fine. However when I arrived in Gili Air there was some minor damage on my surfboard.
I had extra padding, a little more care would have been nice, as the board was brand new...
Would be good to know the itinerary. We had to stop in Nusa penida and get off for one hour. Also the ferry toilet could be better.
On the good side, there’s aircon in the ferry and the ferry left and arrived more or less in time.
With the Tanis Fastboat was a good experience. Well organized, the lady onboard explained us nicely about the trip, what we possible could expect during the trip.
It could be a bit a rough ride and offered a pill against sea sickness. Also half way the trip to Sanur she asked everyone how they were doing and if you were ok.
The trip was good and it wasn’t that rough.
Communication was excellent, can’t say that for our other trips we had with other companies.

Quite quick, relatively comfortable most of the time and generally hassle free. But similar to budget airlines, they try to cram too many people into too small a space. No onboard facilities, drinks etc and the ONE toilet for 120 passengers was a disgrace.
Staff friendly and helpful and access to and from the boat quite easy.
