Einchecken war einfach, Bus war komfortabel und es gab eine kleine Flasche Wasser und ein Lunchpaket ( Muffin und Trinkpäckchen Apfelsaft ) auf der Fahrt. Sind überpünktlich an der Fähre angekommen. Die Fahrüberfahrt ging auch gut vonstatten, so daß wir pünktlich auf Koh Samui angekommen sind.
Negativ ist das man ohne information am Fährhafen abgesetzt. Erklärt sich dann im Laufe der Zeit durch Durchsagen. Aber wäre interessant im Vorfeld zu wissen, ob man nochmals einchecken muss und wann die Fähre ablegt.
Die Fahrt im Car war etwas schaukelig, aber man gewöhnte sich daran. Es gab eine Pause. Der Fahrer hat immer alle Passagiere durchgezählt vor Abfahrt. Wie kamen überpünktlich am Hafen an. Die ganze Reise verlief problemlos.
War bisher die beste Busfahrt in Thailand. Das Fahrzeug war wirklich VIP. Die Sitze waren so bequem, sodass wirklich jeder gut schlafen konnte. Es wurden Decken,Essen und Trinken verteilt. Gerne wieder
All in all it was a good experience, but our ship had some issues so we were one hour late. The ride with the bus was good, the seats were quiet comfortable.
We started at Bangkok and took a bus (7/8 hours) to chumphon. The bus was very comfortable: reclinabile seats, we got blankets and water. AC was on so make sure to have a sweater with you.
We stopped once to get food at around 1am.
Then at chumphon we took the ferry to koh tao. Ferry was also very comfortable, cold as well.
In koh tao wr changed ferry. this one was less comfortable but it was only a 2 hour ride. on this one there was no AC, but it wasn't warm as other reviews say.
Once we arrived in koh samui, there was a shuttle that brought us to our hotel. (we booked the shuttle bus directly on the ferry, they make an announcement)
Overall very nice experience and very good price!
Driver drove well but had some phone calls and a device was beeping through out the night.
The ship seats were not very comfortable. Not much room for patrons to rest their heads and arms after a long night on the bus. I definitely threw up as well.
Bus journey was wonderful. Everything was on time and comfortable buses.
But reached Surat thani pier by 5am and had to change ships 3 times to reach Koh Samui and reached by 1pm.
They have not mentioned that we will be travelling to koh tao and koh phangan first and had to wait and change ferries.
Also AC was not ON from koh Phangan to Ko samui which was exhausted journey.
Every straightforward and no hassle. Extremely helpful. I traveled with an injury and a LOT of luggage and their staff helped me all the way to Koh Samui.
