The price I paid included a suitcase up to 20 kg. The woman didn't want to weigh the suitcase, even though the scales were right next to her. Instead, she asked for another 20 baht. In Thai she expressed herself unfriendly. However, I understood what she said.
The bus driver was very rude and refused to leave us off at our stop in Onnut. I have taken this trip many times and I’ve never had a problem with a driver like this and I think he has some type of problem with customers and people telling him what to do. A young lady bus representative who works there advised him prior to departure that we were getting off in Onnut. To help the driver out we did advise him that it was approaching and we told him multiple times to stop and he refused and ignored us. My Thai girlfriend even spoke Thai to him, and he was rude to her and said he can’t stop he finally stopped about 2 km down the road when I told him to let us off the bus and then I had to take a taxi back to my designation because of him it’s sad that you have employees that have poor attitudes like this and total disrespect for customers, and don’t care about them at all.
