The free water was good and the bus was on time. Sadly the aircon wasn’t working for half of our ride and the driver was honking and driving like a maniac. Sleeping wasn’t really possible. The beds are really short and there is bright light for the USB Port which can’t be turned off…
Very comfortable vehicle and the drive to Hoi A was great. The scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM, and we were asked to arrive at the meeting point 45 minutes in advance. However, we were not picked up until 10:30 AM. We understand that delays can happen due to circumstances or when picking up other guests, but expecting us to be there 45 minutes early without any communication about the delay felt excessive. Some form of update or notification would have been appreciated.
Both drivers drove eratic, it felt very dangerous. The second driver did not drive to drop us at Hoi An Water Puppet Show, he stopped further out of town and then asked if wanted a Grab to our hotel. He wanted to charge us more than the price from our original drop off to hotel but we only paid what it said on grab from the water puppet show.
