Overall fine. You get what you pay for. We started off being put in the bottom beds right at the back. Avoid these ones at all costs. You cannot sit up in them because these are smaller in height than all the others. We moved further up the bus at the first chance. The charger in my cabin did not work so phone could not charge. And what looked like a screen in the images on line turned out to be a poster in an advertising slot. Driver was ‘short’ with us and smoked a lot in the bus. However, the travel appeared safe and I managed to get about 6 hours sleep on and off, which I was surprised about. Overall, this is not the ‘luxury travel’ the advertising leads you to believe. But it was cheap…so probably fair enough. Next time will take the sleeper train though.
Comfortable and on time. We had to changed the bus 2 times and if you’re asleep, they will tell you directly to wake up and get out. Overall for the price, it’s still worth it.

All in all ok. I drove from Hoi An to Hanoi with Queen Cafe VIP (not the organisation I actually booked but they told me it is the right bus). Keep in mind if you book with grouptours that there are two different pick up points listed (once the coordinates and once the written adress - the right one is the written adress, the ticket office). The toilets where quite smelly and the driver smoked on the drive which is a big con. Also they randomly picked up people and packages along the way, which was very time consuming. The beds are quite comfy for that price, better than a flight.

Overall is good. Ontime, clean and informative.
However, the operator provided us with the berths at the end eventhough we booked 1week to 10daya ahead. When I asked, they were explaining me that i was the last one to book however I saw others tickets which are booked post I booked.
They allow to sleep two people in one berth however for a person like me who booked two seperate bearths for two people dont get any consideration at all. They were rude and biased is what i understood. I am truely in love with this vietnam people and culture but this journey and the operating people are bad.
Driver was watching movies and soccer whilst driving. Not safe at all.

Comfortable bed and good privacy but no toilet was strange on an overnight sleeper.
And the wifi wasnt working which also meant that the entertainment center didnt work.
