Rebecca JThe boat journey was rough, I understand the company have little to do with the seas so that can’t be helped. However, the car transfer was very poor. We were going to Canggu but there were others in our van who were going to ubud and ulwattu. They were told that they would be dropped off an hour into a journey and the company would order a grab for them?? Very stressful for those involved. The journey is 1hr 45 which actually took 5 hours!!!!!! The driver was lovely but 5 hours is horrific.

Sydney DTook four hours longer than it said and the staff were rude. As a solo female traveller I felt uncomfortable. The bus was dirty and full of litter.
