Fördelar med att resa med buss
- Bussar Àr det bÀsta valet för att ta sig till destinationer som inte Àr anslutna med tÄg eller flyg. BussnÀtet tÀcker ofta nÀstan hela landet, och deras rutter Àr vÀl och sedan lÀnge etablerade.
- Till skillnad frÄn flygresor och ibland tÄgresor behöver man inte komma till busstationen lÄngt i förvÀg för att ta bussen. Incheckningen, Àven pÄ internationella linjer, tar inte mycket tid. BagagetillstÄnden Àr vanligtvis mycket resenÀrsvÀnliga, och avgiften för extra bagage, om det finns grÀnser, Àr normalt inte sÀrskilt hög.
- Bussbiljetter kan vara mer prisvÀrda jÀmfört med flyg- eller snabbtÄgsbiljetter. Det finns alltid ett urval av biljettklasser för alla plÄnböcker. Nackdelar med att resa med buss
- Nyare bussterminaler ligger ofta utanför staden, nÀra större motorvÀgar, sÄ att bussarna kan undvika trafikstockningar i staden. TyvÀrr kan det ocksÄ skapa extra utmaningar för resenÀrerna. Att ta sig till en sÄdan terminal kan vara ett problem eftersom det pÄ vissa destinationer finns restriktioner för vilka fordon som fÄr köra in i terminalen, och du mÄste anvÀnda sÀrskilda transportmedel för att ta dig dit. Detta leder till högre kostnader eftersom priserna kan vara uppdrivna. RÀkna ocksÄ med extra tid om du reser under rusningstid, sÀrskilt om du inte Àr bekant med trafiksituationen vid din utgÄngspunkt.

Christopher CResan var bekvÀm och riktigt bra, men efter att ha pratat med supratours-kontoret, det verkar som om det kan ha varit en betydande provision pÄ biljettprisbokningen med 12go. Supratours-kontor finns i nÀstan alla större stÀder i Marocko (vi besökte dem alla lÀngs 12-timmarsrutten) och du kan köpa direkt för billigare tror jag. Tack 12go, du gjorde det enkelt ... men jag kommer att gÄ direkt nÀsta gÄng.

thomasin WJag blev lite orolig över det första e-postmeddelandet "vi bekrÀftar inom 24 timmar eller lÀngre", eftersom vi hade köpt biljetterna först dagen före vÄr resa. Men jag behövde inte oroa mig. NÄgra timmar senare skickades biljetterna via e-post. NÀr vi kom till busstationen frÄn vÄrt plan hade vi de bÀsta platserna pÄ bussen, som var helt utsÄld, sÄ vi skulle inte ha kunnat komma ombord utan den hÀr tjÀnsten. De tvingade oss bara att köpa ett par obligatoriska "bagagebiljetter" för att lÀgga vÄra vÀskor i lastrummet. Förstklassig service!

Barry KDriver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.

Ruth JI ordered my seat 2 days ahead. Needed to text the night before travel due to no confirmation yet. When they did respond my bus was already full and I had to choose and alternate. Erika AThe bus was clean and comfortable, and it was an express route so the only stop the driver made during the 3 hour drive was a 20 minute break about an hour into the drive. The pdf ticket was incorrect. A piece of luggage was not included in the cost of the ticket and we were required to pay 6 mad per piece of luggage at the station.

Debby HOn time. Comfy enough. No one said I had to buy a ticket for my small suitcase but the driver explained. Overhead shelf not big enough for my 2nd bag but got it partly under the seat. Large lady sat next to me with her elbow in my side the whole way. Nice 20 minute stop off for loo, cafe, leg stretch. For the price was ok.

We also asked could we come back to Marrakech on the earlier bus and the lady in Essaurioa was rude and said it was full on the 2pm.so we had to go ait to 330pm. But the 330pm wasn't even full.
