I paid for pick up but in the end I needed to take a taxi that posted me additional 680 tbh. My address was added to my booking but noone contacted me.

Chaotic but fine. We got dropped in Surat Thani and waited for our connection to Khao Sok with limited communication, other than “wait 20 minutes”. The minivan from Surat Thani to Khao Sok itself was fine, with a few extra errand stops by the driver, but this seems to be normal! Wasn’t a fairly smooth ride and affordable for the price.
