Michal KFrom 4 hour Journey, it became 6 hours. No instructions on the meeting point, very unorganized at the ferry and they started dropping people off at their hotels, which made the journey even longer

Alexandra SThe service was incredibly well organized. I booked transportation by bus and ferry to Cat Ba. We had a typhoon that caused a shutdown of all ferry services, but I didn’t even notice it because the bus took us directly to a cable car, which we took instead. Another bus was waiting for us on the island.

Sidi MEverything was great except the coffee stop. You should choose another place more cleaner and more cheaper. We paid 60 000 Vnd for a very bad coffee that we throw away.

Phillipa HThe support from the Cat Ba Discovery Bus Staff was brilliant. Communication before the trip was helpful, and when I left something on the bus, they helped me to recover it easily and quickly!
