Once we got on the bus itself it was gray the bus was spacious (only 2 rows) and very comfy. The problem was from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. We booked to Sapa but it had a transfer in Hanoi which is fine but we got no information about the itinerary. We had to take 3 different vans to get from Ninh Binh to Hanoi and then wait 1h before getting on the bus. Having multiple transfer would have been fine if we knew about it but non of the driver spoke English so we did not know where we weee going or Hong long was the drive. Overall it wasn’t bad but they could really improve on just letting their passenger know what the program is, how many transfer there will be and so on
