Ficamos muito impressionados com o quão tranquila foi a viagem de Siem Reap até nosso hotel em Koh Kood. Fizemos a reserva no dia (manhã) anterior à nossa partida, Boonsiri entrou em contato na noite anterior via Whatsapp para confirmar o horário exato de embarque, eu enviei a localização exata do Google (o resort ficava fora de Siem Reap, escondido em uma rua lateral) e, na manhã seguinte, às 4h30 em ponto, o motorista do ônibus parou em frente ao nosso resort. Fomos apanhados por um grande ônibus terrestre, mas éramos os únicos passageiros. O motorista nos deixou em Pailin e tirou uma foto nossa. Passamos pela alfândega e o motorista tailandês que nos aguardava no lado tailandês nos reconheceu imediatamente e nos levou a um posto de gasolina perto de Trat em uma minivan, onde fomos apanhados pelo ônibus grande que vinha de Bangcoc. Ferry, o traslado para o nosso resort em Koh Kood em uma caminhonete. Não poderia ter sido mais fácil e tranquilo. Também reservamos a viagem de Koh Kood para Bangkok e foi igualmente tranquila.

We were very impressed with how smooth the trip from Siem Reap to our hotel in Koh Kood went. We booked the day (morning) before our departure, Boonsiri got in touch the night before via Whatsapp to confirm the exact pickup time, I sent the exact Google location (the resort was outside Siem Reap, hidden in a side street) and the next morning at 4.30am sharp the bus driver stood in front of our resort. We were picked up with a large overland bus, but were the only passengers. The driver dropped us off at Pailin & took a photo of us. We went through customs and the Thai driver waiting for us at the Thai side recognised us immediately and took us to a petrol station near Trat in a minivan, where we were picked up by the large bus, coming from Bangkok. Ferry, the transfer to our Koh Kood resort on a pickup truck. It could not have been easier & smoother. We also booked the trip from Koh Kood to Bangkok and it was just as smooth.

Everybody was very nice. Because we had many changes, including border crossing from Cambodia to Thailand, more details about the timing and who the companies are would have been helpful. It made it a bit confusingt
