Emma RI would really recommend this company. The organisation was excellent. I feel like the staff at every point really cared and made sure we were all ok. Everyone had a lovely attitude. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was it would have been helpful to maybe have an itinerary or have pictures of where to wait or information about who was picking us up and where. It felt like we needed to have a lot of trust buttt! Everyone really did get us where we needed to be. I was wary because of experiences with other companies but I’d trust family service again.
