Stephanie B12go Asia confirmed another pick up point. The boat company driver waited in front of the hotel but we are asked to go to a transfer station (from 12go Asia). We had to go back to the hotel. Seems that the communication between the companies doesnt went well.

John AEverything went well and the driver picked us up at the hotel as requested in the pickup text and on time. Bit of a lack of communication on pickup confirmation but everything worked out well the way it was supposed to so I would recommend.

Yasuharu IIt was delayed by the heavy traffic on the day. It would be appreciated if they provided a timely updated about the final arrival time. We could not make the tour because of unclear information, even though I asked the respective about the delay because of language barrier.
