Nice price but the ticket does not specify at all what bus is yours. The drivers are nice, the bus was comfortable. The ticket specified some bus number and was supposed to be with a change of buses. The number was not valid, the platform did not exist. We were lucky that driver of flixbus was there. First he told us it is not our bus. Fortunately we told him we were going to Dubrovnik and he decided it was our bus but he was not stopping where we were supposed to change buses.

Pozdroz długa i niekomfortowa. Nic w sumie. Do Dubrovnika że Splitu jechałam godzinę za długo, fotele nie były komfortowe, mało miejsca, jak na tak długą podróż. Dodatkowo nie działały gniazdka, aby podładować telefon.. Do było najlepsze, jechaliśmy przez Bośnię, trzeba było więc wychodzić na granicy (2 razy), żeby sprawdzili dokumenty (wszystkich podróżujących). Z Dubrownika jechalam tym samym autobusem, z tym samym kierowca, na szczęście nie przez Bośnię.. Ogólnie źle wspominam przejazdy. Dodatkowo kierowca był dość niemiły.

Cultural Driving Habits? Bus left on time it was tidy and clean and it arrived almost on time. I happened to be sitting right behind the driver and honestly, he swore a lot. I mean a lot. There was also a lot of Filipino workers on the bus and when they tried and requested for him to drop them off at a stop, he drove right by the stop quite a distance away and then when he finally did stop, he said to them under his breath, you can use the walk. Honestly, it felt it was kind of discriminatory. I happen to speak and understand Croatian, as well as English. Then on the next stop, he said out loud ‘ just so that everybody’s clear and can hear me. I’m announcing the next stop so you don’t say later that I didn’t call it. ‘ He actually didn’t call the last drop for the Filipinos and it appeared to be deliberate that he delayed dropping them off.

Good value for money. The trip took longer than the average drive from Dubrovnik to Split due to a few stops along the way but we were on time throughout the journey and got in to Split only 10 minutes after schedule. Plenty of free seats on board and didn’t have to pay to reserve seats. Free to put larger luggage in the hold which was great. There were working USB charging ports for each set of seats. A good amount of leg room, there were holders in the back of all the seats and the seats reclined. The toilet was not open, it seems to be a reoccurring theme on the flixbuses nowadays unfortunately.

Driven 6 hours AWAY from destination….! I like the bus, wifi and very comfortable seats. I arrived at the bus station about 17-18 minutes early. Once I arrived I went to the nearest flixbus and showed the driver and luggage man my ticket. One took my bag and the other looked at my ticket and said okay, get on the bus! We left earlier than the 5:15a that was scheduled, but I assumed maybe all passengers had arrived. I repeat, I showed him my ticket that said to Dubrovnik! As it approached 9:15a I noticed we were not near anywhere. I was sooooo shocked to ask the passenger in front of me why weren’t we in Dubrovnik yet and he said this is the bus to Zagreb! I could not believe it. I missed my Dubrovnik flight, I had to incur expenses to book out of Zagreb. It was so scary to be stuck when I’m not from there. I know the driver should have looked at my ticket and actually helped me when I boarded so I am very sad writing this. The trip was comfortable. However, bottle holders are dirty at the bottom. It was a smooth drive with smooth drive made trip comfortable. At the point of check in, our group have 4 people with 4 pieces of big luggages and 3 pieces of small luggages. A couple of big luggages weight a bit more than 20 kg, and one of drive who supposed help with loading up the luggages refused to them up, and we had to do them ourselves. However, what made it worse it that he also asked to pay him 10€ in cash, so that he will allow our luggages to stay on the bus. We did pay and he pocketed the money. When we arrived at Split, the same guy did not unload our luggages and we had to unload them ourselves. This made us very disappointed even when we paid him 10€ in cash. So so disappointed….

Poor aircon quality and minimal leg room in back row made the ride extremely hot and uncomfortable. Quick ride and good value for money and time travelling. Archaic and outdated system for finding the bus - location at a depot with multiple buses, but no identifier of which was ours without asking the many different drivers that stopped at our destination (and one of our drivers initially gave us the impression it was not our bus until we asked again 5 mins before departure). Also was made more difficult by the booking process which had said our trip was direct, and had no mention of there being other stops and destinations after ours, causing further confusion which could have been so easily avoided with a numbering system or better information of which bus we had booked.

Getbybus customservice staff not customer oriented, give a wrong information. There were no problems with this trip. Both Drivers were polite and helpful, i liked them. Nice staff. We arrived quickly and without problems. I called the support service to find out which platform my bus is from and they gave me a wrong information. I was runnig all over the bus station looking for my bus. It was the second FAIL with GETBYBUS custom service. I have a bad impression.

Vincek d.o.o.nije ni vozio,nego je došao Flix bus koji je u Split kasnio punih sat vremena.Sramota! Platili smo autobus koji vozi direkt za Split a vozili smo se kroz Seget i ostala sela oko Trogira sat vremena duze od planiranog.Zbog toga nam je pobjegao trajekt i morali smo ostati u Splitu.Katastrofa!!!

The bus arrived on time and drivers got us to Split safely. When we stepped in, it was as very hot and the driver announced that the air conditioning was broken. So everyone sat in the heat for 4 hours, but luckily it improved a little bit later. Also unfortunately the toilet smells as well.

Amazing view during the day. The views, the quietness of the journey. It was a bit chaotic with sitting plan. Dome people had their sit number other didn't. The driver told us to sit wherever we want, but people had our sit numbers. That need to be more organised.

Terrible, never again, please.. Nothing to like honestly. Everything about this journey was horrendous. It all started by bus being minutes and people freezing on the station. Once the bus arrived it was quickly realised that half of the bus’ seats were broken, immovable and bent backwards which made it impossible to sit even for people 170 cm tall and ESPECIALLY for us who are on the taller side. Air conditioning was also a huge problem because the bus was literally boiling and it was very unpleasant to be inside such environment. Highly uncomfortable ride, would never recommend, these 22:45 buses are always a huge late hot mess but this time I was forced to go with this one cause the other one was booked. Never again, do something please.

Bus ride from Trogir to Zagreb. The direct bus. The bus was 30 minutes late, no information from the company and no idea if the bus was going to turn up. Second driver talked on the telephone several times for long conversations. Not hands free but with one hand on the wheel the other on his phone to his ear. VERY unsafe with a bus load of passengers on the highway and in the city. Unsatisfactory and unsafe driving.

It was comfortable trip without problems. Everything was great. It was a little bit cold inside of the bus but okay, would be great have warmer.
