Dokonaj rezerwacji online biletu autobusowego u Phuket Travel. W wyborze najlepszego biletu i klasy autokaru pomogą Ci opinie innych podróżnych.

Różne klasy i typy autobusów zaspokajają różne potrzeby podróżnych. Na niektóre, nawet krótsze wyjazdy warto zainwestować dodatkowe pieniądze i wykupić miejsce w autobusie VIP, ponieważ zaoszczędzi to dwa razy więcej czasu niż podróżowanie standardowym autobusem.
Podróż autobusem: wady i zalety
Jeśli jesteś gotowy wydać więcej, niektóre autokary klasy VIP oferują fotele porównywalne z klasą biznes w samolocie z szerokimi, miękkimi rozkładanymi siedzeniami, kocami, mniejszą liczbą pasażerów i wieloma innymi dodatkami, które uczynią Twoją podróż przyjemną.

Tickets to phuket to patong bangla stadium, nobody made it there, as they simply drop off at bus station.
Offered 100 baht to travel from bus, station to patong.
Horrible speech of ppl involved in change of bus in surat thani, the guy was either stoned or drunk, or probably kratom addicted, he could hardly speak. He was asking ppl to move 3 times, with suitcases, without any purpose.
As I told him ots a sum of the whole company 12go and the tour operator they are involved with, he started ggreathenknv ne, that they will not take me to phuket if i dont give them my ticket wich is a proof that destination was patong, and not . There was only one dtop

My blanket had holes. I requested a replacement, but the bus attendant declined. Furthermore, both seats had issues, neither reclined properly, and one seat was in poor condition. Furthermore, the bus attendant was rude, she took blankets back before reaching the destination, even though the air conditioning was blasting and it was too cold inside.

My experience at the bus terminal was surprisingly good. Checking in was easy. I had to wait for 5 hours since my hotel checked me out at 11am, but waiting at the bus terminal was fine. There are a number of restaurants to eat and wait at. It wasn't easy to find a place to charge my devices. I had to use a power bank. The toilets were clean. I did my nails. I was quite comfy. There are people selling clothes, shoes, and a variety of souvenirs. There's a place to play arcade games and board games. There's a Watsons store to buy toiletries and basic first aid stuff and medication. It was quiet and there were plenty of places to sit and there weren't any queues.
The bus itself was ok. The seats were comfy and reclined quite far back. I had nobody sitting next to me, so I could sprawl. The toilet was clean, though a lil smelly (septic tanks always smell). The rest stop was late into the night. I recommend that passengers eat before the trip, because food options are few at the rest stop and there is only Thai food and a few snacks. We were stopped at the police checkpoint at the entry into Phuket. Our passports were checked, and I, the only black and African person on the bus, had my bags checked and documents checked twice. Luckily, I also had my work permit with me, so the cops left me alone and had no further questions.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent bus journey. I had purchased a VIP 24 seat, paying 1,500 THB total with extra services for what was described as a higher-comfort experience with insurance and reliable service.
Unfortunately, the reality of the trip fell far below expectations. The bus was in poor condition and did not match the advertised VIP standards. The cabin was unclean, with an extremely unpleasant odor that made the journey very uncomfortable. It was not the level of hygiene or comfort one would expect from a service labeled “VIP.” First few hours I seated at lower floor…
I chose this ticket expecting a higher standard of travel, and I feel that the service provided was unacceptable for the price and promises made.
Service was good and timely, but the bus drivers both were very rude to us and told we can’t eat any snacks at all in the bus when they saw us getting some chips. Way rude and doesn’t make sense of this rule as other big bus services allow to eat normally. Restrictions like these would simply reduce your customer base!
Excellent bus right, very comfortable, The temperature in the bus was very convenient. Service was good.
But the toilet need to improve. I can recommend it.
The driver didn't talk in any language except Thai, he left us in the middle of the night somewhere at the high way because he didn't stop at the proper bus station. It's ridiculous.
Overall trip was okay.
Seat comfort 6/10
Stopped off for free food half way through. Snack and water also provided whilst on board.
Only issues, the A/C had a faint smell of urine (fan located near the bathroom I presume)
Wifi didn't work.
Bathroom was dirty.
Good ride. A little cold on bus. People at the bus station were very helpful. Bus stop was 6 hours later. Very good stop. They even feed us a local meal.
Old Bus , No Cup Holders, No Wifi, Old Recliner Seats, No Sun Film on the window glass...please Upgrade the bus. Bus crew members were nice and very co operative.
Overall not bad. The seats were pretty comfortable, although mine didn’t recline quite as much as it should, but only by a little. The seatbelts worked, the driving wasn’t too bumpy, and the water and snacks were appreciated. Definitely not as comfortable as a sleeper train, but not as bad I expected for such a long bus ride.
Canadian, female, solo traveller
- Bus got in earlier than expected
- Staff have limited English, important as you will need to be aware at the rest stop
- Extremely cold air conditioning, blanket provided but is not enough
- Small snack and water provided, nice touch
- Seat belts broken
- Almost 180 degree recline allowed decent rest
The bus was nice. Large seats and clean. except for the toilet, very nasty. Made a lot of stops where the chauffeur loaded packages in and got money (and delivered them). Very strange, probably made 7+ stops. Were one and a half hour later than the “12 hours”. Overall decent tho.
Again couldn't fault the driver and the overall comfort of the bus but the hostess has some problems...
She Ripped the blankets from us when we got to northern terminal and awoke everyone abruptly screaming Bangkok, bangkok and told us to get off... Being English in Asia we nearly got off and took her word for it but had a hunch this wasn't our stop so managed to ask a kind girl next to us that rolled her eyes at the hostess and said not to worry about her but this isnt your stop... So after the hostess kept demanding we got off and we told her as best we could that we stop southern terminal we ignored her and the bus driver told us to stay on as he'd remembered when he checked us in and kindly took our luggage where we were going
The hostess then began sweeping and made us move our bags and legs while the bus was in transit to southern terminal from northern terminal and poinyed at some rubbish by my feet and put her hand out for me to pass it to her... Whilst I appreciate differences in cultures I think she's a bit of an odd person and others weren't impressed by her otherwise lack of customer service either...
Seeing past this, the drive itself and the driver couldn't fault for the price, just more to be desired from the hostess
Seats quite comfortable as its not the newest bus model so you can have some rest. Air con works all the journey. Although a blanket is provided its a bit chilly at first and noise is annoying.
Collecting tickets is a pain! This happened 2 times in Phuket and Bangkok.
I offered my name and booking reference and receipt and they tell me - “no have!”?
This was with my Thai friend. In Phuket we were sent to 3 different ticket kiosk and the ticket was at the first Phuket Travel Kiosk.
The ticket was on the desk in front of them?? They did not understand receipt, booking reference or my name.
This system needs attention.
The journey was really smooth, I had concerns because of the 14 hours inside s bus, but all was good.
The seats are comfortable very very big you can almost lay down and still have space to put the bagpack and plastic bags with snacks, the WC was decent. We where given in the beginning a bottle of water and a small cupcake. The bus stopped in the middle of the journey in a big station and we where offer a nice simple that warm meal.
Definitely recommend this company. And the bus arrived 1 hour before shedule, Perfect
It was a pleasant ride, we arrived 2 hours earlier. Fast WiFi on board and USB chargers makes the road goes faster. Complimentary drink and snack as well. Was a bit old bus, but comfy.
Of course takes much longer than flying but my wife and I liked the experience. Comfortable seats even for someone of my height (184cm), we both got a reasonable amount of sleep on the trip. Get a metered taxi from the bus station.
Driver was excellant bus was very comfortable and aircon perfect. The drivers assistant was wonderful also.THE Luggage check in at Phuket bus T was fast and excellant service..AGREAT TRIP WOW and 1 hour early Amazing driver
Bus was clean, we were given a slice of cake and a bottle of water at the start. Got there earlier than expected which was good. Our bags were safe and not tampered with despite reading that on earlier reviews. Hard to actually sleep but what do you expect on a night bus.
Bus assez vieillot couverture et bouteille d’eaU fournie
Prise recharge téléphone et wifi
Chauffeur très sympa
Par contre toilettes pas propre ni confortable
Very spacious, gave us a small coconut cake and bottle of water on arrival at the terminal just before we departed and stopped somewhere at night for some free porridge dish and bathrooms with other food available to purchase. Toliet on the bus is a no go for me but there for emergencies. Blanket is provided because the bus is fairly cold

It was an okay trip. Bus got into Phuket earlier than advertised which was nice. But the seats weren’t very comfortable for a 14 hour journey. They did recline quite far back and had a lot of leg room but the bus was very old and used. Wasn’t sure if there was a toilet on board but didn’t try to use it, just used the one on the single stop for 20 mins. Found the ticket desk to exchange quite quickly but to get on the bus it’s hard to find the right one. We were given some snacks, water and fruit juice for the journey but weren’t given the Thai dinner on the stop as advertised so make sure you bring plenty of food with you. The bus kept randomly stopping to load and unload boxes on the route so it would have been nice if told that was going to happen as it was a bit worrying with our luggage down there. But all our luggage was there and fine when we arrived, not open and intact. We were told there was WiFi on the bus and there were even signs with the password on the bus but it didn’t work at all as expected. So don’t rely on there being WiFi. Overall the experience was okay as it was cheap and got us to the place in one piece. But don’t expect it to be modern and comfortable and don’t rely on the advertised food and WiFi being there. I think it’s hit or miss with these buses.
