It was just lack of information throughout the whole journey. Having half an hour break at Antalya station, the bus has moved to a completely different terminal without any update and making everyone run around the bus stop looking for the bus. Which is easily avoidable just by a little announcement. Then the bus broke down just after we left from Antalya, and again no any information on how long on the repairs or whats happening in general. After waiting on the road more than an hour. We were looking to get a taxi as we still didn't have any information at all but then one of Akdeniz busses passing by had limited spaces for just 8 people so we were lucky to get on, but the rest of the passengers had to stay back and wait who knows how long. If it would be possible to at least improve communication of the driver - steward with passengers that would have been a much better experience.

Not a good plan. We sat on our places but the driver was mad because they were not our seats (even though they were the ones assigned to us during the booking). After 5 minutes yelling at us in Turkish, which we don't understand, someone helped us with the translation to say that we should seat in a different place until the city of Antalya and then we would change busses (and seats). As none of this information was in my booking, it was quite frustrating. Besides, my seat was broken (second seat broken in 3 bus rides) :(
