Jessica NFerry arrived 1 hour late to begin with.
Once the ferry arrived at Padangbai port, I had to get the transfer to Sanur to be told with all the drop offs before (I was the last stop), the transfer will take FOUR hours. At no point during booking or on the PDF ticket does it explain this and my ticket says I was due to arrive at my destination at 8pm. Due to the ferry arriving later than expected, the four hour journey would have meant I'd arrive at my accommodation close to midnight.
I was kindly offered a private taxi for an additional 1million that I was not accounting for.
The transfer journey time needs to be clear before booking. I completely understand that it's a shared service but a 4 hour journey that you are unaware of is unacceptable.

Nathalie NThe trip went very well, except for one detail, and not the least. Indeed, the reservation indicated a direct route, without stopovers. Departure 12:30 p.m., arrival 3:45 p.m. However, when we checked in, we were told that there would be a 2-hour stop in Nusa Penida! That we shouldn't have booked online, that's just how it is. Luckily, we didn't have any plane or other requirements upon our arrival in Bali, otherwise it would have been a disaster because we arrived in Sanur after 6 p.m. instead of 3:45 p.m.

Claire GThe boat part of the journey was prompt and left ahead of schedule, whilst it was choppy the staff were really friendly and helpful. However when we arrived at the harbour we were told we had to wait an hour for other people, and it would then be a 3 hour drive to our destination, or we could pay a “discount price” to leave now with his friend. This felt like a scam to us given that we had paid for the whole journey but as it was our last day in Bali we didn’t want to waste 4 hours of it waiting around so we paid another 700,000 to get a taxi. Not impressed.
