Tomasz BPrzed rejsem miałem pewne obawy, głównie po przeczytaniu recenzji w internecie. Wiele z nich wskazywało, że problemy dotyczą przede wszystkim transportu z hotelu do portu. Ponieważ podróżowałem samodzielnie, ta część mnie nie dotyczyła.
Sam port sprawia wrażenie lekko chaotycznego, ale wynika to raczej z ogólnej organizacji, a nie z winy konkretnego przewoźnika.
Procedura wygląda następująco: należy pojawić się w biurze D’Prabu Fast Boats około godzinę przed rejsem. Pokazuje się voucher (w moim przypadku z 12Go), następnie wpisuje na listę pasażerów i otrzymuje zawieszkę z numerem. Pobierana jest również opłata portowa – o czym informuje już 12Go – po czym pasażer dostaje bilet.
Później przechodzi się do samego portu, gdzie panuje spory ruch. Obsługa wywołuje nazwy przewoźników, gdy dana łódź cumuje przy nabrzeżu. Przy wejściu pokazuje się bilet i dowód wniesienia opłaty portowej, a następnie kieruje na pokład. Duże bagaże ładowane są na górny pokład (warto pamiętać, aby nie chować do nich elektroniki), a pasażerowie zajmują miejsca na pokładzie głównym – dowolnie.
Sam rejs przebiegł bezproblemowo, obsługa bagaży była sprawna i nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Z pełnym przekonaniem mogę polecić tego przewoźnika
