José DFor my wife and I this bus is the best bus we have ever experienced. It's very comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful. The two drivers are very efficient and smooth, good drivers. It looks like we were inside a cabine of an airplane, as they gave to everyone a nice meal while driving. A very excellent company!

Omar While I’ve had great experiences before, this trip was quite disappointing. The driver's style of sudden jerking, braking, and unnecessary honking made the ride uncomfortable. Also, the USB chargers are awkwardly placed under the seats, and the staff seemed to lose their enthusiasm as the journey went on.

Kathleen SThe bus was fine with reclining seats. There were only a few passengers to my surprise. At the border crossing everything was smooth and quick without any problems. Honestly I think this was easier than flying. Arrived on time.

Bus staff made efforts to keep us informed on border procedures and purpose and length of stops and breaks and unlike most bus trips I've been on, the bus staff did not smoke which made the ride nicer. Bus company kindly changed my scheduled departure to an earlier bus and also allowed me to choose my seat, both at no additional cost. Very happy with this booking.

Kaylynn TThe experience as a solo woman traveler was really good! I felt super safe. The only recommendation I would have as since it’s a shorter trip and sleep is limited. More info on the immigration process would’ve been helpful, as after the first stop of getting a stamp I thought that was it and got ready to sleep again. If I knew we were leaving the bus and taking our stuff off 2 minutes later I would’ve been more prepared. Instead of just giving direction, a rundown of the process for first timers would be super helpful especially since people will be groggy.

The added snacks and coffee on the bus + their help at the border if customs get "tricky" has made me decide I'll likely keep using these guys form comfort on this long journey.
