Camille RI think I should make a list because it was an awkward experience :
- Pick-up time was at 3.30pm and then the driver told us at 3 p.m. that it was time to go now…hopefully we were already there.
- The car was not the car we booked; there was no security belt.
- After 20 minutes, the driver left us on the side of the road without any explanations, and another one arrived. It was still not the correct car.
- The driver drove very fast and dangerously; he refused to stop for a restroom break and was very unpleasant.

Aaron FThe bus was great, very comfortable and had free wifi and charging points. The driver however was erratic around corners so you had to make sure you had your seatbelt on as I often nearly fell out of the cubicle around every turn.

Jahdal JBus was cancelled on the morning due to low sales. We were offered another time but this was not ideal. The dropoff location was different to the ticket (which may have been because of the revised bus but we were never issued another ticket). Driver was rude when telling us to transfer from the bus to a mini van into the Hue city and physically grabbed our arm to pull us off the bus. We were also unaware there would be a second vehicle.

Shoo NThe limousine bus was super with comfortable seats. But the journey was rough and not smooth. Both myself and my husband felt nausea until we reached outside the town area.
