radnik / vozač ne zna hrvatski ni engleski. ne može objasniti kad kreće autobus i gdje vozi. užasno parkira i okreće autobus. sramotno da se dovodi jadan stranac bez kvalifikacija. nije znao da moramo stati na wc pauzi i skoro otišao bez pola putnika. strašno neugodno nama i njemu sramota kompanije.

There is not a lot of space for legs. The driver had a very hard job maneuvering through the snow and did a great job.

That in Croatia I was booking ride at 17 h, and that gott your e- mail confirmation that my ride is at 5 o’clock. I was shocked and trued to reach you to complain, but when I looked again you send information that it was 5 PM. For us costumers it’s important to use the same time notification that is in booking you make.

Knezevic bus company is the best company I am happy to ride with. The driver is the best. Experienced professional, I feel safe travelling with. And the customer service was helpful and answered every question politely, the young lady. I was sending my kids to Zagreb but the trip was linger then expected. I have got new bunch of silver hairs. Seats assigned but not enforced. Despite seating being assigned, people sit where they want, driver doesn’t enforce it. It made for an unpleasant journey when a man bullied his way into a seat next to me even though it was assigned to another woman, and then wouldn’t budge. I was on tenterhooks the entire 4 hours.

Surprisingly good. Very smooth journey, excellent driving, comfortable seating and perfectly air-conditioned. Timely arrival, no delays on the break. The driver was the epitome of "Balkan polite". Communicating in grunts and only after prodding providing the bare minimum info, but at least he wasn't a rude and dismissive know-it-all which seems to still be a going standard for so many other bus drivers across the Balkans. Also, he only answered his personal mobile once, and although he held the phone to his ear while driving at top speed on the motorway, at least it was a quick 1min call. I've been on buses where drivers take personal calls and chat for hours, endangering the whole bus and everyone else on the road. Chilling experiences. But, not this time. I kind of forgive him for this one quick call because I was otherwise impressed with his continued focus, excellent manouvering and a very smooth and timely ride.
