Geen toilet in de bus en ik was er zeker van dat ik een bus koos met toegang tot het toilet. De stoel die ik koos was niet gegeven en uiteindelijk zat ik voorin. De reis was prima en ik sliep het grootste deel van de reis, maar de chauffeur bleef roken, waardoor we wakker werden en een onaangename reis hadden. De reistijd was 2 uur korter dan aangegeven.

Second driver make many stops for few persons … and this stops is outside trip and delay the arrival times with 1 hour and half … and the bus is old model … bad expereince

Seats were uncomfortable they need better cushions for your bum, the person behind me wouldn't let me recline my seat so I could sleep. I don't know what the point of having seats that can recline if you can't use them. The gentleman running the bus were very nice. However one of them did ask me to put my seat up, I'm assuming cause the person behind me said something. So unfortunately not a great experience. I got maybe 1.5 hrs of sleep on a 13hr overnight bus ride.

Everything was fine except the fact, that bus station on the ticket is the correct one. Operator use the minor strain, 500m away, coords 40,9962064, 29,1535333. If you wouldn't be an hour earlier, have a luck asking people, you would miss the bus basing on the ticket only
