Voordelen van reizen per bus

  • De bus is de beste keuze om bestemmingen te bereiken die niet per trein of vliegtuig bereikbaar zijn. Het netwerk van bussen bestrijkt vaak bijna het hele land, en hun routes zijn vaak goed uitgewerkt.
  • In tegenstelling tot vliegreizen en soms treinreizen, hoef je met de bus niet lang van tevoren op het busstation te zijn. Inchecken, zelfs op internationale routes, neemt niet veel tijd in beslag. De toegestane bagage is meestal zeer reizigersvriendelijk, en de vergoeding voor extra bagage, als er beperkingen zijn vastgesteld, is meestal niet erg duur.
  • Bustickets kunnen voordeliger zijn dan vliegtuig- of sneltreintickets. Er is altijd een keuze aan ticketklassen voor alle portemonnees. Goedkopere standaardopties zijn misschien wat traag en bieden geen topcomfort, maar zijn hoe dan ook aanvaardbaar en brengen je naar je bestemming. Op langere trajecten zijn toiletten of toiletstops en snacks, water en soms toiletartikelen en dekens bijna altijd bij de prijs inbegrepen.
  • Als je bereid bent meer uit te geven, bieden sommige VIP-bussen zitplaatsen die vergelijkbaar zijn met business class in een vliegtuig, met brede, zachte verstelbare stoelen, dekens, minder passagiers en vele andere extraatjes om van je reis een aangename reis te maken.

Nadelen van reizen per bus

  • Nieuwere intercity busterminals liggen vaak buiten de stad in de buurt van grotere snelwegen, zodat de bussen de files in de stad kunnen vermijden. Helaas kan dit ook extra uitdagingen opleveren voor reizigers. Het bereiken van zo'n terminal kan een probleem zijn, omdat er op sommige bestemmingen beperkingen gelden voor voertuigen die de terminal mogen binnenrijden, en je speciale vervoerders moet gebruiken om er te komen. Dit leidt tot hogere kosten omdat de prijzen kunnen worden opgedreven. Reken ook extra tijd als je tijdens de spits reist, vooral als je de verkeerssituatie op je vertrekpunt niet kent.
  • Bussen zijn waarschijnlijk het vervoermiddel dat vaker vertraging heeft dan treinen of vliegtuigen. Zij zijn sterk afhankelijk van de situatie op de weg, die soms onvoorspelbaar kan zijn door ongevallen, wegwerkzaamheden, omleidingen of andere omstandigheden. Dit geldt vooral voor reizen tijdens het weekend, het hoogseizoen of nationale feestdagen. Houd hier rekening mee en houd voldoende tijd over voor verbindingen.
  • Voor reizen op bepaalde routes of tijdens de populairste periodes kan het nodig zijn vooraf te reserveren. Negatieve ervaringen met het personeel in de bussen en bij de informatiebalie. Het was niet leuk. Onbeschofte chauffeurs, onduidelijk. Op ticket staat "platform nr. not fixed, please contact our helpdesk". En niemand kon/wilde ons helpen waardoor we de bus gemist hebben. En 6 uur moesten wachten en een nieuw ticket moesten kopen. Slechte service.

Pleasant ride, atmosphere, cleanliness, temperature in the bus. If the bus does not follow its route, I believe that the driver is obliged to inform the passengers about the reason. This was not done this time. Due to traffic congestion, the bus was late in arriving from Murter to Zagreb, and the same (!?) bus was late in departing for Murter. After that, immediately after entering the highway, we stop to fill the bus with fuel. And we spend about 15 minutes. After that, we get off the highway in Karlovac and drive along the old road and stop "at Macola" for about 20 minutes. Later, we rejoin the highway at the Donja ploca toll station. In the end, we arrive 90 minutes later.

Mine bus from Zagreb to Vinkovci didnt'come so I had to wait till 2 AM for another bus. Kind driver. I would like that someone contact me because I came to Vinkovci at about 6 AM but on ticket it says 2 AM. I think that is not okay. I am looking forward for your response.

Cijena previsoka za osrednju vožnju, loša opcija za studente. vozači su i više nego obzirni i uljudni i do sada nisam imala problema s istima, dapače neka tako nastave. previsoka cijena za prosječnu vožnju, ne bih išla s Flixbus agencijom da nisam kupovala kartu u zadnji tren i da je bilo drugih jeftinijih linija -Flixbus je općenito loše ili uopće nije prilagođen studentima kojima je bus jedini mogući način javnog prijevoza iz grada školovanja do grada prebivališta -mjesto za postavljanje robi iznad sjedala je preeemalo da nisam uspjela staviti svoj običan ruksak i drugu torbu -u slučaju da je upitnik namjenjen iskustvima primarno sa Slavonija bus ove pritužbe se ne odnose na Slavoniju bus samu već na Flixbus kao pomoćnu agenciju.

Drive was very good and arrived on-time in one piece which was great. Some ppl had booked seats and others couldn't book seats so ppl were getting on last who had booked seats which meant that the other ppl had to move which meant couples couldn't sit together etc..I don't see why they don't just designate the seats but if you want one up the front you book it. .it would make it alot easier..

I didnt like waiting unknowingly on the bus station (there are more than 20 lanes for buses to come and you have to run around to see where your bus terminal is) it was 12 pm and nobody was working anymore anywhere to ask them on what lane the bus is coming… Because there was no information on tickets or online.

Kupovinom preko vase stranice nisu se mogla rezervirati sjedista pa sam se morala premjestati svaki put kad bi dosao netko sa rezervaciom sjedala, iako je vozac rekao da su nasa sjedala od br 30 na dalje. Autobus je kasnio preko sat vremena u dolasku.

Best way to travel - Slavonija bus was a double decker so we cld enjoy the view from the 2nd deck. Driver was very competent and professional. Bus was clean comfortable and well maintained. had a rack in front of seat to hold the phone, tablet , etc. had to plug on the side to chrg cell phone which i really appreciated. i totally enjoyed myself. nothing negative and i will def use the services again.

Departed a minute early. Old bus model. Worn down seats. Not the value of the ticket. Arrived an hour after estimate but that is to be expected with Krka bridge. One bathroom break on the way which is more than enough. Drivers did not check whether everyone was back on board after stopping at a gas station. Departed a minute early in Zagreb. Old bus model. Acceptabil. Upon boarding, after presenting the printed tickets, we had to wait another 15 minutes by the car, because the QR code could not be scanned! The other passengers were boarding and we were waiting.. We asked for an explanation and we were told that we cannot board until we receive the company's approval, because there were some falsified tickets. I felt terrible that such a suspicion hovered over me, especially since I had paid for all 3 tickets, 12 days before the departure date.

Overall good. being on time. seat in front of me was broken in a sence that it was leaning backwards towards me and could not be fixated in spot, which left me with less space in my own seat for 13 hours as the bus was full and i was not in opportunity to switch the seat.

Driver left me at first rest stop. Quite bus. At our first rest stop, the bus driver left myself and two other people behind. Thank gosh the other two people spoke Croatian or I would have been doomed. There was another third-party Flix bus there and the two kind drivers drove us over two hours to meet our bus driver hoping he would be at the same stop still. Luckily he was and we were able to get our luggage and when we told him what he did he just laughed and did not even say sorry. It was awful.
