Super amazing experience. Incredible service. On time. Driver and attendant provided excellent communication. There was never any uncertainty about where we were or where to get off. For a 14 hour ride, it was super helpful that there was not only a toilet on the bus, it was kept super clean. The sleepers were very comfortable and clean. We were offered water and a friendly smile. This was such a pleasant experience, especially after our originally scheduled us abandoned us on the side of the road and refused to let us on the transport shuttle. We were in a dark location at a busy road. We were lucky and were able to purchase the last two tickets available on JJJ transport. Even though we were on the top level at the very back of the bus, which usually isn’t the most ideal spot, I slept like a baby and had the most enjoyable time. I will definitely rebook with them and recommend this bus operator to anyone traveling in India, especially a foreigner who is a little unfamiliar with how things work. It was my husband and I traveling. He is a tall guy and still felt very comfortable.

The shuttle arrived and despite showing the driver our tickets, he did not permit us on board. He claimed we were on a later bus (that did not actually exist). We were left stranded in an unsafe location after dark. Various locals even tried to assist us with negotiating to explain we have same tickets as the other passengers permitted to board this shuttle going to the pick up location for the sleeper bus. We tried calling the various support numbers. None of them connected. Our Indian friends even tried to assist with no luck. A 12go rep immediately sent them a complaint on our behalf. I am still waiting on a refund.
