Semuanya berjalan dengan sempurna. Pemandunya menepati masa, kami pergi ke Surat Thani dengan bas mini yang penuh, dan pemandu memandu dengan sangat selamat. Kami kemudian menunggu kira-kira setengah jam di Surat Thani, sebelum menaiki koc yang besar dan mewah dan memandu ke feri. Kami tiba tepat pada masanya (walaupun ia tidak mungkin lewat 10 minit) dan membuat feri seterusnya. Jadual waktu telah dipatuhi dengan tepat, dan terima kasih kepada pemanduan yang berhati-hati, tiada detik-detik ketakutan yang teruk.

Das hat ja mal alles geklappt. Fahrer war pünktlich, im vollbesetzten Minibus sind wir nach Surathani gefahren, Fahrer ist auch sehr sicher gefahren.
Dann in Surathani ca eine halbe Stunde gewartet, dann in einen großen luxuriösen Reisebus gestiegen und zur Fähre gefahren. Pünklichst angekommen (hätte aber auch keine 10 min später sein dürfen) und so die nächste Fähre erreicht. Fahrplan exakt eingehalten und zwischendurch musste man dank bedachter Fahrweise auch keine Todesängste ausstehen.

Sangat baik tersusun. Daripada 8 jam ia hanya mengambil masa 5 jam dan ia benar-benar murah. Sangat mengesyorkan.

Overall experience was very poor. The minivan was extremely overcrowded, with no real seating space. During the trip, the driver kept picking up additional passengers, which made the situation even worse. There was almost no air inside the vehicle — the air conditioning was not turned on, and when someone opened a window at the back to get some air, the driver angrily complained and forced it to be closed immediately. The driver’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that he did not like tourists at all. Unfortunately, this driver completely ruined our experience with Phantip.

The viewpoint and the rainforest pool weren't that great. You could skip these two spots and spend more time in the water at the restaurant instead. Also, it's not a good idea to do a water activity right at the start, because then you'll be wet for the rest of the trip or have to change your clothes and then change back again later.

Took closer to 6.5 but that was to be expected! Everything ran smoothly and on time. I was very pleased with my journey. There was not much waiting around. Only part that wasn’t totally clear was where to go once you got off the ferry (if you chose to pay the extra 150 baht for a ride to your hotel on arrival) but followed the crowd and found it eventually!
Our first bus was jam packed, impressive how much they manage to fit in such a small place.

Well organized. We had 2 vans, 1 ferry and 1 van to take. Each step was nicely managed by Phantip team. We arrived 1h30 in advance !
