I don’t know why I have to pay for get my ticket online. I payed in the bus station only for get my ticket online and for save my suitcase. That supose to be incluided when i pay the ride.

Easy bus trip except for station. Driver was friendly and safe. Driver charged for baggage, a first for me, and I wish this was noted in the booking process.

Over sold tickets. Nice drivers. They worked REALLY HARD to accommodate everyone. There were more passengers than seats. 3 passengers end sitting on the floor.

Grumpy driver, hot, dangerous. A drive i’ll never forget. We were not aware that tickets needed to be printed. There were other passengers who also hadn’t printed their tickets. The driver tried to kick people off the bus who had paid but not printed their tickets. This happened for 45 minutes. So we didn’t leave the bus stop till 9am for our 8:15am bus. The luggage storage was expensive 8 bam. Parts of the drive the driver opened the door to the bus, so we were driving with the door wide open. Unfortunately I was sitting in the front seat so right next to the open door and my seatbelt didn’t work so I felt quite unsafe. Passengers asked if we could have a break to go to the toilet and get food, which the bus driver refused. He later stopped for a 15 minute break. It was extremely hot with limited ac / fans. The driver smoked the whole drive. Wild ride!

Great choice! Smooth and easy booking, online ticket with easy and detailed instructions, good bus, friendly driver. Peaceful and smooth drive with few short stops! I can recommend this ! Bus smelled of smoke a little bit (driver was smoking).

The bus is do old small and dirty. No leg room. View during a ride. The bus is old and dirty and small.

Air con. Cheap, easy and one stop made for toilet. It was a blistering hot day, the bus was full and the bus air con wasn't on. At first stop I asked the driver and he nodded and still was the same. After 4 hours it seemed to cool down but probably more to do with the setting sun than air con kicking in. Very uncomfortable!
