Anonymous The bus was worse than vomit. Nothing. this was a terrible ride. The bus was very bad and the seat I sat on was wet. The buss smelled and the station never accepted our “mobile tickets” which resulted in us paying additional “fees” in cash to print the tickets plus they still charge you additional “fees” in cash for each luggage.

Anonymous Comfortable bus and air conditioning worked. The driver seemed in a rush to get everyone aboard and did not communicate at all re the border crossing.

Anonymous Super easy and quick. No AC in back only on driver. Pay extra for bag. Pay extra to have my ticket printed at station even though I had the ticket already printed as instructed.

Anonymous The ride across the border from Montenegro to Albania was very fast. The bus was late, very hot, and had bag fees that were not listed anywhere I could find, even though the bus was empty enough to put bags on other seats we were still charged for bag storage which was just a small section of seats at the back of the small bus. Out of all the buses I've taken this has been the most uncomfortable ride.

Anonymous It’s like a low-cost plane, you have to pay for luggage. Was on time and we made the journey safely. When you get on the bus they make you pay 2€ for each luggage you put in the hold. The driver will not give you a choice and won’t explain anything to you. We felt like we were robbed.

Anonymous "bus station fee". The bus left on time. When we arrived at our destination there was flash flooding the driver tried to find a drier place for us to get off. Even if you have printed your ticket they make you "validate" it and pay a 2 euro fee per person as a bus station fee. As expected then have to pay a further 2 euros to put each bag on the bus. Bus was old and many of the seats a bit broken.

Anonymous I was left really shaken and upset by the experience of travelling from Podgorica to Shkoder. I am a solo traveller from England and I don’t speak Montenegran or Albanian. I handed in my ticket and made it clear I was travelling to Shkoder. However, when we got to Shkoder the driver didn’t advise of the stop. We then started to drive out of Shkoder. I spoke to the driver who was really rude and said he only had 3 passengers for Shkoder and he dropped them off. I showed him my to ticket and he finally pulled over. He left me on the side of the road with no phone signal or money 2 miles from Shkoder. I was left shaken by the whole experience.
