We booked a trip for 8am to arrive at 1pm. 9.50pm the night before they msgd to tell us they would send a shuttle to pick us up, instead of going to the bus stop, at 8.30am. The shuttle didn't arrive until 9.15am with us msging to make sure we had not been forgotten. Once the driver arrived he then took us to a carpark and the bus arrived about 10min later. When my friend and I boarded the sleeper bus we were told there was not enough sleeper beds and we would have to share a bed on the bus for the first 3hrs to Hue and once other people disembarked at Hue we would then get our own bed. They refunded us a ticket and told us once we arrived in Da Nang another shuttle would take us to our hotel to make up for the mishap. Once we got to Hue and people got off we had to ask for another bed. When we arrived in Da Nang we then had to find someone to help us find where thr driver who would take us to the hotel. We had booked as mentioned for an 8am bus to arrive at 1pm but didn't end up boarding the bus until after 9.30 and arrived just after 3pm. While we appreciated the refund of a ticket and drivers, can't say this was a pleasant experience and better communication would have been appreciated. The bus ride though itself was fine, bus was clean enough and regular stops.

Luu was absolutely amazing to connect with and was super helpful in picking us up as early as possible and dropping us off at our destination that changed from the one we originally booked to. His English was great and he was even able to pick us up from al alternative location when our massages ran late. Would absolutely use his services again if we could! Definitely pick this private limo company. We almost got stranded in Dong Hoi and if it wasn’t for Luu, we would still be stuck there as all bus and train options that said they had availability, were fully booked.

We were well informed about a small delay in pickuptime due to a traffic jam. Driver drove smooth and was very friendly. Droped us off in our hotel after he found out booking.com provided the wrong adress. Thankfull for that extra service.
