4시간이면 갈 수 있을 거라고 생각했는데, 실제로 도착하는 데 5시간 반이나 걸렸어요. 중간에 네 번이나 멈췄는데, 한 번은 화장실에 가려고 멈췄어요. 차 안 공간도 좁고, 에어컨도 제대로 작동하지 않고, 서비스도 별로였어요. 짐 운반에 대한 팁을 요구하는데, 거절하고 요금에 포함되어 있다고 하면 괜찮다고 하더군요. 그래도 출발은 정시에 했어요.

You think it's a 4 hour drive but it took like 5.30 hour to get there. We've stopped 4 times (one to go to the toilet). You don't have a lot of space, the airco doesn't work enough and the service isn't that good. They ask for tip for your luggage but if you refuse and you say that it is included they say OK. They departed on time.

BE WARNED - worst experience I’ve had with any travel agent. I was forced to book 3 seats, even though we were a party of 2. This seemed odd to me, but seeing as transport was necessary I had no other choice. In my booking, it clearly confirmed with a photo that I had booked a minivan. The evening before, I was asked by Visit Egypt Tours if I objected to having 2 other passengers aboard the vehicle. Seeing as I was under the impression that we would be traveling by minivan, of course I told them that would be fine.
The next morning however, a car showed up. Not a minivan, but a normal car! It turned out that the other party of 2 passengers had also been forced to book (and pay!!) for 3 people and had received the same question about having 2 other passengers on board. Seeing as they had also been under the impression that we would be traveling minivan, they also did not object.
So all in all, we would have been forced to stuff 4 adults + driver into a normal car, plus all our luggage - which of course did not fit!
When contacting the agent, they tried to gaslight me into believing that I had agreed to these arrangements, but obviously this was absolute nonsense.
We ended up having to book alternative means of transport, at a very high cost. The contact about this incident with both 12GO and Visit Egypt Tours has been very unsatisfactory. I expect a full refund and compensation for the other damages I had to make in order to reach my destination.
Overall OK, but the stops were terribly dirty. The base in Hurghada was a disaster. I don’t understand why a fee was charged for dropping off luggage when it was already included in the ticket price. There were three of us traveling with only one piece of luggage, yet we were practically forced to pay a "contribution."
