First trip on an overnight bus so was a little apprehensive. Bus was clean and very comfortable, comms from the HK team were excellent. Would use again.

I booked a ticket from Nha Trang to Da Nang. It wasn't very clear first where the pick-up would be. Location changed the day itself. Drop-off wasn't at the location I booked either. We all needed to get out at a busstation, couldn't see the operator but I was at the wrong location. I booked a grab to my destination , but normally I wouldn't needed that grab.

I’ve traveled with this company and bus several times. It’s really 50/50. This time, unfortunately, it was on the bad side — the whole bus smelled like urine.

I chose this option because it was advertised as a premium service with departure from central Nha Trang and drop-off at My Khe Beach in Da Nang.
In reality, the experience was very different:
1. Instead of departing from the city center, I was picked up at 18:20 (while the ticket stated ~20:00 departure) and transported by shuttle for about an hour, collecting other passengers, and then taken to a bus station on the outskirts of Nha Trang.
2. At the station, I was not placed on the main bus immediately and had to wait an additional ~40 minutes.
3. The bus itself did not match the “premium” description:
- the cabin was not clean
- one of the air vents was broken and blowing cold air constantly
- there was a smell of cigarette smoke during the trip
- at some point, a passenger was sleeping in the aisle
4. There were no proper sanitary stops during the entire trip.
5. The biggest issue: the bus did NOT drop passengers at My Khe Beach as advertised. Instead, we were left at a parking area on the outskirts of Da Nang and had to arrange additional transportation.
Overall, the service was significantly misrepresented. I would not have chosen this option if the actual conditions had been clearly described.
I recommend 12Go to review this operator and ensure that descriptions match the real service.

The sleeper bus itself was comfortable, with spacious seats, Wi-Fi, and a toilet. We got there without any problems, although it was a bit bumpy. But I bought tickets from one point to another, and then the operator wrote that we should not meet at the hotel, but go to the station. When I wanted to get the difference in ticket prices, because there was one, the operator mentioned that they had a free shuttle service. So they provided it from Nha Trang. But in Da Nang, when they left us at the station, I asked if there would be a transfer to my final destination, and the bus driver told me to use Grab. And the operator did not respond to my messages at all.

The overall experience was awful and would not advise to book this journey. We were given a pick up location and headed there 1 hour before as requested. We went to the pick up location and the people at the help desk were very UNHELPFUL. They told us to walk approximately 5 minutes and you will find the bus. As the time was approaching 8pm( leave time) we called the number on our confirmation document and they told us they send us communication to confirm a change of location ( this was incorrect, I received nothing via email or WhatsApp) after heading to another location (15 minutes from previous one) we arrived to find other travellers in the same position. No communication at all!!!!!! The individual I was messaging said the bus would be leaving at 8:40. 8:40pm came and went. We eventually found the bus and the driver was incredibly rude. Shouting in everyone’s faces and not letting travellers on the bus. We had the exact same ticket as another couple however they were not able to board the bus. After explaining to the help desk after 30 minutes they let us all on the bus. The bus itself was clean and had a toilet. We arrived at 7:30am to another location and was told a driver would meet us. The driver AGAIN screaming for us to get off the bus. The driver picked us up however had no idea what hotel we were staying at. After speaking with the driver we realised our headphones were left on the bus. After several attempts to find them at the depot and tracking them to the bus station, we believe they have been stolen as they have no been disconnected. Overall I would not book with this company again as I was in tears with the stress.
