Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Bus kam pünktlich und wir sind sogar eine Stunde früher als geplant angekommen. Es gab eine kurze Pause um auf Toilette zu gehen. Der Busfahrer hat sogar vor dem fahren durchgezählt, dass niemand vergessen wird.

Great! The bus was on time, even arrived a bit earlier than expected. Comfortable seats. The bus station was well organised and was easy to take the bus. Important: Have to obtain at the counters the ticket for the bus, showing the reservation obtained in 12goasia, 0,70 cents cost for the paper with the QR.

Trip was very nice. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was clean and comfy. Bus driver was friendly. Support from KKKL Express via WhatsApp was extremely good and proactive. Border crossing also went smoothly except that we didn’t know in which bay the bus is waiting for us after crossing the border, but we managed to find it in time and rather quick.

Comfortable bus with airconditioning and recliner seats. Was perfectly on time. Helpful staff at the TBS Kuala Lumpur station to help us claim our online tickets. Come 30mins in advance.

The bus is confortable, but the driver was having a call almost all the way (it didn’t seemed I professional call) while driving fast 😅. Ok we arrived after 1h50 instead of 3h15 alive and it’s the most important 👍

When buying the tickets via 12go Asia we were informed that there would be snacks, foods, wc's, aircon and tv on the bus. When we boarded the bus it said there would be wifi - none of the above mentioned things were there besides the aircon, which provided a freezing environment in the bus. The bus stopped approximately every hour to pick up new passengers and for toilet visits, however this made it very difficult to sleep on the 12 hour long trip.

Time stated during booking was 3 hours different in reality. Very misleading. No toilet on bus but did stop few times. No formal declarations from staff to know whether we had reached our destination, only by chance we asked. You get what you pay for I guess. Clean coach with nice passengers.
