1. I am not a frequent at Larkin 2. The bus station does not hbe enough information shown as how to get boarding pass 3. I did not able to get the pass at the self service kiosk 4. Went tonget help at the counter but the person at the counter refused to help instead she attacked and provoked me. 5. Bus was very uncomfortable i was sweating through out the journey the aircond was not cool enough such a waste of money paying extra for comfort but very uncomfortable since the beginning.

See last comment. Also, at a scheduled toilet stop I asked the driver how long we had and he said 10 minutes. Within that time I used the toilet and went into the shop to buy a snack. When I came out, about 8 minutes had passed, but the driver had moved the bus and my wife was stressed because the driver was upset that I was not back yet and he wanted to get going already.

To start with, your QR codes did not work at the gates. The photos of the bus show quite some room for the legs with a kind of pad to support them, this was not there, the window sit could notvrecline at all. Then the bus driver was quite rude, but this is out of your control. For the rest it was all right.
