The Bus arrived 2 hours late and we didn't know the exact pick-up point. We got a message one hour before the bus arrived. Before that we were judt standing at a random point and hoping that it's the right one. When the bus arrived there was absoluteley no space and it didn't look like the pictures. I don't know if someone was smoking but there was a really strong cigarette smell and after that a toilet smell. So not good! Just 2 Stars because we got water and arrived safely.

These are the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve ever seen in my life! The driver, Ridwan, and the guide (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) were amazing. I was alone for this tour, which allowed me to take my time with the guide and explore each waterfall. He took great photos of me with his high-quality phone and even sent me a video clip he edited from several shots of me in the waterfalls. Both of them were incredibly attentive, always checking if I wanted to take a break or needed anything. Go for it with your eyes closed!
