Karthik AThere were cockroaches in the bus. Whenever the bus stopped for a while, a bunch of small cockroaches would come out. It was very disgusting and the driver was smoking while driving, then what is the use of a smoking room in the bus. They did not have a baggage storage area we had to stuff our bags under the seat or below our legs making the whole experience a very big inconvenience.

Lukas BWe took the night bus from Malang to Denpasar. Estimated arrival: 06:00 AM - in reality we arrived at 09:00 AM !!! Other than being 3 hours late, the bus was dirty and we saw some cockroaches and a butterfly who were living inside the bus. The driver was pretty bad and drove against all rules. We couldn’t sleep at all - mostly because of the bad driving and the extremity cold AC. The only positive things were that we arrived and got snacks plus a free dinner but that’s about.
