Vietnam Rail チケット料金＆列車クラス
列車の旅を最大限に楽しむコツは、切符の“クラス”を賢く選ぶことです。移動にかかる乗車時間、時間帯、そして自分の好みを考慮しましょう。夜間の長距離移動には、寝台車の1等車または2等車がお勧めです。どちらも快適に眠れ、休暇の貴重な昼間の時間を節約できます。ファーストクラスの航空券は、出発から最終到着空港までの全行程をカバーする旅行者用に用意されていることが多く、長い旅程の中で数時間程度の移動をする場合は、予約できないことがあります。4-5時間で目的地に到着するのであれば、列車の2等寝台の快適なシートは、良い代替え案です。寝台列車の場合、一晩の旅行では、リネンやタオル類は、水やスナック、洗面用具と同様、提供されるとは限りません。冷房や暖房が効かないこともありますので、温度調整できる羽織りものを持参するとよいでしょう。
列車で旅するメリットとデメリット
メリット
- 列車の旅は、交通渋滞とは無縁の理想的なソリューションです。もちろん、遅延発生率はゼロではありませんが、一般的にラッシュアワーや連休、ハイシーズンの大混雑でも、列車の時間は狂いません。
- 列車チケットのオンライン予約は、時間を大幅に節約してくれます。基本的に旅行日の90日前から予約可能で、計画が立てやすいです。また、直前予約も可能です。予約のために駅に行く必要もなく、いつでも好きな場所で予約できます。
- 基本的に、列車のチケットは航空券よりもはるかにリーズナブルです。空港でのチェックインや保安・税関手続きの時間を考えれば、高速鉄道の移動時間は航空券と同等か、それ以上に短縮可能となる路線もあります。
- 駅は街の中心部にあることがとても多い為、宿泊先までの時間を大幅に短縮することができます。古い駅には、歴史的建造物を利用した雰囲気のあるものも多いです。このような駅への行き来は、旅行プラン全体の中で重要なポイントになるでしょう。
- 寝台列車なら、昼間の時間を他の楽しみに回せるだけでなく、ホテル代も節約できます。ぐっすり眠れる快適さは、寝台バスとは比較になりません。
- 路線によっては豪華列車も走っています。一生に一度は体験してみたいものです。
デメリット
- 距離が長ければ長いほど乗車時間も長くなるので、長距離移動の場合はとても時間がかかります。そのため、費用はかかっても飛行機での移動の方が良い場合もあります。
- また、乗り継ぎには十分な注意が必要です。通常、時刻表が決められていますが、さまざまな理由で遅延やキャンセルが発生する可能性があります。もうひとつ考慮すべきは、列車が発着する駅の位置です。都市や場所によっては、複数の駅が存在するため、混乱を招くこともあります。
- 列車に対する最もよく言われる不満のひとつは、清潔さです。これは主に、最安クラスの客車とトイレに関するものです。
- 停車駅が明確にアナウンスされていない、あるいは表示されていないこともあります。駅の電光掲示板がこの問題を解決してくれますが、どこにでも設置されているわけではありません。あなたは、GPSで自分の位置を追跡するか、車掌に確認が必要となります。

Takahiro Aとても楽しい旅になりました。
乗車後すぐに座席のQRコードからビールを注文しましたが、なかなかこず、待ちきれずにいると、やってきた車内販売で購入し乾杯しました。
その後は車内販売で野菜と鶏肉のご飯を購入し美味しく頂きました。
結局最初に注文したビールは夜になっても来なかったので、翻訳アプリを使って確認したら、その場で誰かに電話してくれ、数分後には届けてくれました。
時々車掌？な服装をした青年が大きな声で何か話していたのが、肉まんやカップ麺いりませんか〜と言ってたのだという事が後から分かりました。
列車はそれなりに揺れましたが、眠るのにも自分達にとっては支障ないレベル、とても快適に過ごせました。
とても良い体験をありがとう！

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a train attendant on train SE1 from Hanoi to Hue, departure 16 October 2026 at 21:45, coach 10.
Shortly before arrival in Hue on 17 October, the attendant spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner and forced us to leave our compartment and wait near the exit before the train arrived at the station. At the same time, other local passengers were still allowed to remain seated in their compartments.
We had purchased a VIP 2-berth compartment and expected professional and equal treatment throughout the journey. The situation made us feel uncomfortable and singled out.
Please investigate which staff member was responsible for coach 10 on this train and provide feedback regarding the result of the review.

Also, the seats although comfortable tilt back so much that my beverage fell on me as the passenger in front of me tilted his seat almost to a flat position and the angle of the tray just followed 😅
It gets 4 stars just because of what the Vietnamese standard is.

Thomas RTerrible.worst trains in all of S.E Asia.I feel sorry for the people of Vietnam for having to accept this as a serious form of transportation.
The train staff do all they can with what they have and are the shining light in this otherwise miserable environment.the carriages were filthy though out and even simple components like the seat trays are in an absolute state.as the journey progressed more and more people were falling ill to the unserviced air conditioning including children.

Sally EThe train ride was great for me. I am not sure about others. The train is noisy mind you. This isan old train not a modern train. So you will hear noises and feel the shakes. But I liked it and dont mind. Toilet is clean and the bed was okay with me.

Jean-Philippe AToo expensive for the service, the manager of the wagon was pushing for us to spend more to get a cabin private (we were in a 4 seats/dormitory) compartment i believe he was looking for cah for himself, bossing around on every move we made. compartment was too cold with non possible control of temperature, just less power or more power… restaurant tables were dirty…really bot the experience we were looking for

Manuel AOperator made us wait as early as 1140 for a 1200 schedule. Turns out we were last to be picked up, so we ended up in the front seats (less comfortable than the plush seats at the back, but nice view). However the nice view also allowed observation of the driver, at some point in the journey (at least 30 minutes, between 1PM - 2PM) a friend of his (likely a driver), called (could hear traffic in the background), then continued with SMS messaging. While the driver is skilled, this is still dangerous as there were times he was texting with both hands, and distracted for a few seconds. No hard brakes or near misses but still a dangerous situation which should call for the driver to be reprimanded that safety is more important than his social chatter with his friend. Also, when the limousine van arrived in Hue, we were transferred to another vehicle (a pickup) for the last 1 km (which I don't understand the reason why) which was IMO unnecessary although the delay was just for a few minutes.

Helena VGreat! The train was on time to arrive and arrived at my destination on time as well. The staff member in my carriage (5) was great. He remembered my stop and came to get me when we almost arrived. This was great because the English loudspeaker in the train announcing the stops was extremely quiet, and I don’t speak Vietnamese. Vietnamese woman with food carts came by often. The bathroom was clean.
I booked a level 1 (lower bunk) 4 bed compartment which was spacious enough, had a pillow and blanket and power outlets. No other passengers had booked the berth I was in so I had the room to myself which was great!
Only downside I would say is there were a few children running up and down the carriage screaming, they were just playing and having a good time, but would’ve been helpful if staff managed that better as it was a long train ride!
