Ramona GWe have been contacted right after booking the bus personally by WhatsApp and didn’t have to go to the bus station. The bus adapts to the time of the arrival of the jetty from the islands. Our worries to miss the bus were completely unnecessary. We were picked up at the Mersing jetty. The bus was very comfortable and modern. And after unexpected unlucky events after the trip leaving the bus to move on to the next destination, the manager even offered to come and help driving for hours if we can’t manage to solve it ourselves. I haven't met so many people so unbelievably helpful and caring. It was absolutely not his business at all but he offered this very generous help wil never forget this.

Border crossing also went smoothly except that we didn’t know in which bay the bus is waiting for us after crossing the border, but we managed to find it in time and rather quick.
