Yonatan If you have a bag bigger then a small troly they will change you extra 10$ (my bag was 50L and they charged me) there are better options in that price.

Tal Rnot on time, a million stops along the way and arrived two hours late to our destination. van filled with flies and very hot. The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They don’t speak English very well and they don’t reply on WhatsApp.

Caitlyn CThe advertised timeline for the trip was aspirational, not real. In reality we arrived more than two hours late. A large portion of the trip involved waiting outside in the heat for the next boat to arrive (about an hour and a half), and the boat made multiple stops at a different island before going to the final destination. Additionally, the trip was not as described - the ticket from 12go said the boat was a 'ferry'. In reality it was an extremely cramped speedboat with not enough seats for everyone that went faster than felt safe. 12go should engage in much more oversight to ensure that operators are truly operating the trips they advertise.

Nathan JI don’t regularly write reviews but unfortunately I have to this time. 2 star rating for our journey from Koh Rong to Battambang, with only one positive, they changed our booking time from Long set beach to Koh Touch. Though it took me an entire day to get more than a one worded response out of them on WhatsApp.
The boat was 45 minutes late, we then got on our first van from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. A van with little to no A/C and packed out. The driver was travelling with his whole family, which just made the journey extremely cramped. The van was not fit for the journey, having a faulty engine and breaking down on the side of the motorway for 30 minutes. What should be a 2hr40 journey turnt into just over 4 hours.
Then our next van from Phnom Penh to Battambang. Luckily in a van was A/C this time! But we stopped off about 4 times in Phnom Penh picking up locals not leaving the city for over an hour into the journey. The van was overfilled with children sat along the aisle.
A travel day which started at 9:30am and did not finish until 9:15pm (12ish hours) should have taken max 9 hours. Just pay the few dollars more for a more reliable company.
