Feeling VERY grateful! For both 12go and the carriers themselves, both worked top quality: the flight arrived a bit earlier, so I was able to come to the bus station earlier and the Panthip travel staff was so kind and pleasant to offer me the earlier ride. So I came two hours earlier to my destination than I was planning which is so great!

Very disappointing customer support.
We contacted support because both of us became unwell and asked to move our transfer by just one day. We were not asking for a refund — we simply wanted to use the same service the following day, when we expected to feel better.
Support refused because changes supposedly have to be requested at least 24 hours before departure. In our situation, this policy makes very little sense. When travelling in Thailand, especially when dealing with sudden stomach problems or illness, it is impossible to know 24 hours in advance whether you will be fit enough to spend many hours travelling.
What disappointed us most was the complete lack of flexibility. We had already paid for the service, did not want our money back, and only asked to postpone the journey by one day due to illness. Nevertheless, no alternative, credit, partial solution or other form of assistance was offered.
As a direct result of their refusal, we now have to purchase an entirely new transfer to Phuket for the following day and pay for the journey all over again, despite already having paid for the original transfer.
We understand that companies have policies, but customer support should also be able to handle exceptional situations with some understanding and reasonable flexibility. Being ill is not something you can always predict 24 hours in advance.
Unfortunately, although the support staff were polite, they were ultimately not helpful at all, and their rigid approach resulted in us having to pay twice for essentially the same journey.
Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a genuine situation.

We booked a combination bus and ferry ticket from Surat Thani Airport to Nathon, Koh Samui through 12Go Asia, with Phantip operating the journey.
The whole experience was really smooth and well organised. Everything ran on schedule and the communication from both 12Go Asia and Phantip was clear, with all the information we needed throughout the journey. It made getting from the airport to Koh Samui really straightforward and stress-free.
Our only small criticism would be the condition of the Phantip buses, which are quite run down and could definitely do with an update. Aside from that, we had no issues at all with the service.
Overall, a very easy and reliable experience, and we’d definitely use 12Go Asia again for booking future transfers.

Boarding logistics were also unconventional, involving a passenger trolley pickup to the pier and requiring foot passengers to walk directly alongside vehicles to reach the car ferry. The vessel itself appeared dated and lacked routine maintenance, requiring guests to navigate a long set of stairs to reach the passenger deck.
Despite the dated transportation and poor coordination, the indoor passenger seating area on the ferry was decent, and choosing the larger car ferry successfully prevented seasickness. Given the low price point, the service ultimately delivers on its basic promise of getting you from the airport to the island on a budget. The website took time to work it out. Once booked the experience to connect to the bus and ferry was excellent. I have to say that one of the serving staff in the ferry shop was very arrogant and could benefit with some training.
