Elvan I really had a safe trip because of Mr. Path (Hotline)
First of all, when I bought the ticket, I couldn't find a record of the ticket anywhere. We checked with all the agents at the Koh Phangan pier but there were no ticket details. I called the hotline and then the adventure of help began. From the time I bought the ticket until I reached the hotel, we talked constantly. Don't worry, trust the process. The team is always there for you.
Please remember to exchange money in the currency of your destination and arrange a Simcard before you change countries.
My only negative comment was on the bus from Surat Thani to Hat Yai, it started raining and the bus was leaking water through the air conditioning vents. Try to sit in dry places. Also, this bus is stopping a lot and taking deliveries from some points. Thats why your travel could be little longer than you expect.
