My original seat was overbooked so they sent me a whatsapp to change the lower cabin to a upper cabin. However they gave me the worst seat possible! I got placed all the way in the back next to the toilet. Every little bump and I was flying through the roof. Besides this the bus was 2,5 hours early which caused us to be early at the city.

Bus was an hour late leaving first stop. There was no lunch break, only two short breaks that barely lasted for the bathroom, even though that's what the company representatives promised us. The bus was clean and tidy. The seats are comfortable.

Surprisingly good trip. I did not expect a bus ride to be so soothing. When the bus almost arrived, we got a WhatsApp message he was closeby and told us where to go. He then helped us with our suitcases and before we knew it, we were sitting in our spacious, clean and airconditioned cabin. We were in a 22-24 seater. This is the best way to travel. I am 1,86 metres so i did have to sleep in foetus position since the cabins are a few centimetres short for me to completely stretch. We had a toilet as well as well as a charging outlet and WiFi to enjoy myself within the cabin. Everything was there and I was able to sleep for more than 6 hours before we arrived in Nha Trang. He did use his horn a lot half an hour before we arrived, but it might have been intentional to wake us all up. All in all, I had the best time and even preferred this above flying over with a plane.

The bus was late, and so we were told we had to hurry to get on the bus. Weird, because I am not the one that is late. I was put in the very back bottom bunk of the bus. I couldn't sit up and there was no light switch or something, so from around 18:00 till we arrived around 22:25 I was sat in the dark, crouched over. A lot of the other seats were empty, so I don't understand why you would book someone into the most uncomfortable seats first, instead of last. Very dumb and also a bit mean in my opinion. The workers on the bus were unhelpful and rude. They threw my bag on the floor, would not turn on the lights when we were getting off (which they did for everyone else), did not communicate well at all. It was not a nice experience and I woul probably not book a bus like this again, unless there are absolutely no other options.

The local agency where I caught my bus was not helpful. They cancelled my earlier bus from 1030 am which I had already purchased a ticket, and did not try to work with me. They told me to be there at 7pm and had no staff at the office. Once I called multiple times they finally showed up and did not explain anything. I waited over an hour and after may questions I finally was put on a bus. The bus ride was excellent but the local sales person was not.
