Très moyenne vip payée mais avant surat thani éjecté tous des 3 bus partis de Bangkok dans une zone de triage pour différentes destinations attente plus de 1h30 puis van pourri pour sois disant lanta qui partait sans 3 valise laissé sur le trottoir nous avons du le faire arrêter........ arrivés à krabis de nouveau au milieu de rien changement de van avec obligation de payé 200 baths par personne pour nous emmener à l hôtel évidemment pas intéressant pour ceux qui so t près du ce tre ville ....
The initial contact was really nice, thats a five star. Booking and confirming went smooth, I was even contacted to confirm and got to talk to a nice person who made sure I had understood the email with information on picking up site.
But the trip was made unpleasant by the staff on site all the way (not the driver though). The pdf voucher was helpful for me, but for some reason not enough for staff on site. I think some of them smoked weed. - no security what so ever, these people could have been anyone taking me anywhere, without security belts and not sober, screeming go go go fast fast fast to people who just woke up in buses with luggage to carry.) so thats a zero star.

We spent a lot of Time waiting for the mini van: almost 2 hours - wifi on board was not work inf after 5 minutes
There were to many changes along the way.
I also paid 150 baht for the driver to take me alle the way to the hotel, but he left me on the mail road in Koh Lanta and I needed to walk 400 meters myself to my hotel with my heavy luggage
During the change between the bus and the minibus in Surat Thani, we were offered a transfer between Koh Lanta Pier and our hotel, so we paid (250B, little tip: it's 100B cheaper if you wait until Krabi) thinking that the last minibus would take us directly to our hotel. But when we arrived at Saladan Pier, the driver had only been instructed to drop us off, which created a big misunderstanding with the other passengers. In the end, the information they had forgotten to give us was that a songthaew would take over at the pier to drop us off one by one at our respective hotels.
Other than that, the bus between Bangkok and Surat Thani is comfortable.
Very professional, no breakdowns and transfers were punctual. The big bus was old, the seats worn, hard to adjust for comfortable rest, the ac vents above my seats were partially broken, had to use paper to block airflow which was too cold for comfort. All in all, minor inconveniences considering the fare paid for a longer journey.
The first part with the VIP bus was good, not lots of people, safe and fast ride, the AC very cold.
BUT! We supposed to get to Koh lanta 9:30am and got there after 1pm. We switched few times minibuses and waited between for more then 1 hour.
My reason for taking a bus over a flight was to get early morning and not so late, and spend over 16 hours on the roads.
I tried to contact them on WhatsApp to get more info about he delays and arrival time, no one answer.
