Il viaggio è stato confortevole e davvero fantastico, ma dopo aver parlato con l'ufficio di supratours, sembra che ci sia stata una commissione significativa sul prezzo del biglietto prenotato con 12go. Gli uffici di Supratours sono presenti in quasi tutte le principali città del Marocco (li abbiamo visitati tutti lungo il percorso di 12 ore) e credo che si possa acquistare direttamente a un prezzo più conveniente. Grazie 12go, ci hai reso la vita facile... ma la prossima volta andrò direttamente.

Ci è stata data la data del biglietto sbagliata, ci è stato rifiutato l'accredito e poi in ufficio ci hanno detto che era colpa nostra per non aver controllato due volte la data (anche se non sapevamo che fosse la data del viaggio) e che avremmo dovuto prendere l'autobus successivo tra 2 ore. Darei 1 stella, ma siamo riusciti a salire sull'autobus giusto all'ultimo momento.

Ero un po' preoccupato per l'e-mail iniziale "confermeremo entro 24 ore o più", dato che avevamo acquistato i biglietti solo il giorno prima del viaggio. Ma non dovevo preoccuparmi. Poche ore dopo i biglietti sono stati inviati via e-mail. Quando siamo arrivati alla stazione degli autobus dal nostro aereo, avevamo i posti migliori sull'autobus, che era completamente esaurito, quindi non saremmo riusciti a salire a bordo senza questo servizio. Ci hanno solo fatto comprare un paio di "biglietti per i bagagli" obbligatori per mettere le nostre valigie nella stiva. Un servizio di prim'ordine!

Driver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.

I ordered my seat 2 days ahead. Needed to text the night before travel due to no confirmation yet. When they did respond my bus was already full and I had to choose and alternate. I am certain that that something was missed in my initial request . I not sure I would have even been contacted if I didn’t pursue the problem. I paid , but there were no tickets issued

The bus was clean and comfortable, and it was an express route so the only stop the driver made during the 3 hour drive was a 20 minute break about an hour into the drive. The pdf ticket was incorrect. A piece of luggage was not included in the cost of the ticket and we were required to pay 6 mad per piece of luggage at the station.

On time. Comfy enough. No one said I had to buy a ticket for my small suitcase but the driver explained. Overhead shelf not big enough for my 2nd bag but got it partly under the seat. Large lady sat next to me with her elbow in my side the whole way. Nice 20 minute stop off for loo, cafe, leg stretch. For the price was ok.

On time, but it was quite chaotic getting on board because we were unfamiliar with the system. The bus was old and not very comfortable. There were strange hard ridges part way up all the seat backs.

Was difficult to book online as the confirmation came too late and we thought we hadn't booked it and so we booked another two seats. We also asked could we come back to Marrakech on the earlier bus and the lady in Essaurioa was rude and said it was full on the 2pm.so we had to go ait to 330pm. But the 330pm wasn't even full.
