I Vantaggi del Viaggio in Autobus

  • L'autobus è la soluzione più indicata per raggiungere le località non servite dal treno o dall'aereo. Di solito, la rete di autobus copre quasi tutto il paese e spesso i tragitti sono già ben consolidati da molto tempo.
  • A differenza dell'aereo o del treno, quando si viaggia in autobus non occorre arrivare in stazione con largo anticipo. Il check-in, anche per le tratte internazionali, non richiede tanto tempo. I limiti stabiliti per i bagagli sono di solito abbastanza convenienti per il passeggero e la tariffa per il bagaglio extra, se ci sono dei limiti, non è spesso molto alta.
  • I biglietti d'autobus sono quasi sempre più economici di quelli dell'aereo o del treno veloce. I tipi di autobus si adattano a tutti i budget. Gli autobus standard, più economici, sono a volte un po' lenti e non forniscono il massimo comfort, ma sono comunque accettabili e ti porteranno a destinazione. Per i viaggi più lunghi, gli autobus sono solitamente dotati di servizi igienici o effettuano fermate per la toilette, e il prezzo include quasi sempre snack, acqua e talvolta articoli da toilette e coperte.
  • Se invece si è pronti a pagare di più, ci sono autobus VIP con sedili simili a quelli della business class di un aereo: ampi, morbidi e reclinabili. Spesso sono incluse anche le coperte, ci sono meno passeggeri e tanti altri vantaggi che faranno del tuo viaggio un'esperienza piacevole.

  • I nuovi terminal interurbani degli autobus sono spesso situati fuori città, vicino alle autostrade, in modo da evitare il traffico urbano. Questo può comportare qualche difficoltà per i viaggiatori. Raggiungere un terminal di questo tipo può risultare problematico, poiché in alcuni terminal ci sono restrizioni in quanto ai veicoli che sono autorizzati a entrare e quindi per arrivarci occorre utilizzare trasporti speciali. Ciò potrebbe comportare costi più elevati soprattutto se i prezzi dei trasporti sono stati ribaltati. Se si viaggia nelle ore di punta, si deve prevedere più tempo, soprattutto se non si conosce la situazione del traffico locale.
  • Gli autobus sono forse il mezzo di trasporto meno puntuale rispetto ai treni e agli aerei. Gli autobus dipendono fortemente dalla situazione stradale, che a volte è imprevedibile (incidenti, lavori stradali, deviazioni, ecc.). Questo vale soprattutto per i viaggi del fine settimana, l'alta stagione e le festività nazionali. Tienilo presente e non programmare connessioni troppo ravvicinate.
  • Per viaggiare in alcune tratte o durante i periodi di maggiore affluenza è consigliabile prenotare in anticipo. Tieni conto che non è sempre possibile arrivare alla stazione e prendere il prossimo autobus: rischi di trovare i biglietti esauriti, quindi programma il tuo viaggio con largo anticipo.

purtroppo siamo partiti in ritardo di circa un ora e mezza e arrivati a Rijeka-Fiume anzichè alle 15.15 alle 16.45 perdendo un altro pullman per Trieste(Italia).Ho dovuto attendere fino alle 20 per un altro pullman..

Felt like a VIP ride. The team was extremely nice and recognized my tickets from traveling easily. The ride is in a comfortable mini bus and the landscape was absolutely beautiful! Border crossing was smooth too. There wasn't any bathroom break in that 3 hour to 3 hour and a half ride. In my country we usually have breaks for that length of ride. I think it is something to announce clearly before the ride that there will be no break.

A man who checked a tickets in Zagreb was not so kind. It was not first time that he was unkindly. Bus was so old, so we thought that we will stop on the road. Horrible traveling.

It was a small 20 seater bus. So not the most comfy. The driver was friendly and very accommodated people very well. Even though it was a bigger combi and not a bus, I would take it again. But it would be lovely if they could get the bigger buses especially for Fridays when there is a bigger demand. Again. The smaller bus.

You need to clarify, what do one pay with ticket? As far as I can see, included is seat only. Bus station fee somewhere you additional pay somewhere not. Sometimes you additionally pay luggage, sometimes not…..

Great Value. The Driver was friendly and helpful when getting on the bus and taking our luggage. Due to his knowledge and experience managed to get us through the border on a very busy day in an one and half hours. Cars were probably waiting at least 3 to 4 hours to get through. Comfortable trip. A bit tight for space. But on a fairly short journey was not a problem.

tiny seats, 3 hours of torture. van was clean, driver good. we got a van instead of a bus, seats were so small my 6' husband had to sit sideways and got cramps by the end of our 3 hour journey.

Air conditioning. The driver did not accept the QR code ticket. I believe he didn’t have a scanner, but it took over 5 people saying they had a QR code ticket for him to accept writing down the ticket numbers. The bus station told us they couldn’t help us. The bus also arrived almost 2 hours late to the final destination.

A good and reliable service. Everything was satisfactory. Delays at the border. Especially on the Croatian side of the border on the night of the 16th September - a two hour delay with no explanation from Police and Customs. This was NOT the fault of the bus company.

Awful driver. The bus was on time. The driver was rude. When I got on the bus he was very aggressive over my ticket. We stopped at a red light at a 4 way intersection, the driver got up and started interrogating other passengers about their tickets. It took him 30 seconds-1 minute of car horns to realise he should be driving the bus and was blocking a large, busy road. I found his behaviour really unprofessional. Getting up in the middle of the road and walking up the bus as though he could just stop in the middle of a motorway was very stressful to watch.
