Il treno è arrivato con un'ora di ritardo, ma il trasferimento al molo di Donsak è stato puntuale. Alla fine abbiamo preso il traghetto delle 12:30 per ko samui e siamo arrivati alle 14:30 invece che alle 13:30. Phantip ha offerto un taxi per l'hotel a ko samui per 150bahts/persona.

Train sas one hour late, but Transfer to Donsak pier was on time. We finally caught the 12:30 ferry to ko samui and arrived at 2:30 instead of 1:30. Phantip offered taxi to hotel on ko samui for 150bahts/ person.

It was all good. Things don’t always happen as I expect they should, but there were no problems as I got to exactly where I wanted to be with time to spare. It is all a part of the Thailand experience and it is wonderful if you can relax and enjoy it.

L'autobus è stato fantastico perché eravamo gli unici a salire e ci siamo seduti sui divani in fondo. Il porto dei traghetti era piuttosto confuso e nessuno parlava davvero inglese, ma siamo riusciti a salire sul traghetto nonostante partisse da un molo diverso da quello visualizzato sullo schermo.

The bus was great as we were the only ones on it and we got to sit on sofas at the back. The ferry port was pretty confusing and no-one really spoke English but we managed to get on the ferry despite it going from a different dock to the one on the screen

Bus was a small mini bus, ok, but thought we’d be in something roomier. Could have given out some water and food, that would have been really nice.
