Juan IWe were very confused; we started out in one car, switched to another after 15 km, waited about 30 minutes, and ultimately completed the trip in the second vehicle. A well-intentioned person tried to explain the situation, but we still don't understand what happened. When booking, the agency's advertising shows a magnificent vehicle—nothing like the two cars we actually traveled in. We understand and sympathize with people trying to help others, but at one point, three different hitchhikers were picked up and got into the car. I feel the driver should have asked us whether or not that was acceptable to us.
